Makeup4all Recommeds: Christophe Robin Delicate Volumizing Shampoo with Rose Extracts

This is easily one of the best shampoos I have ever used.  And everything is simply amazing about it. Christophe Robin Delicate Volumizing Shampoo is just as good, as it gets, without being the most expensive shampoo out there.

Not gonna lie,  I’ve wanted it mostly because it is a rose shampoo. Shocking, right? I also usually go for volumising ranges, so rose + volume was an easy choice.

As I am writing this review, I have the product left only for one wash which makes me devastated. The formula, as the name suggests, is delicate and gentle. The scent is incredible, it is not too strong, as well.  It’s a

Current Rose Scents Obsession: Jo Loves, Le Labo, Malin & Goetz

All of my close friends and family, and long time readers know my obsession with rose scented products. My absolutely favourite are Jo Malone Red Roses and Lush Rose Jam as seen here.

Here are my latest discoveries, with two of them being candles. Please bare with me as I am trying to  describe the scents in more ways than just  “I love it so much” . After all, I am no Tania Sanchez or Luca Turin.

Jo Loves White Rose & Lemon Leaves ( £55 from Cult Beauty) as seen on my Insta.

Jo Loves kindly sent me 2 ml samples of their fragrances when they’ve just launched, and, as you would expect, they are divine.

I would love to have this fragrance, as well now.  It is light and fresh rose scent, and I think that a  lot of people would enjoy it.  It is simple, elegant and not overwhelming, just like all Jo’s creations. The lemon leaves bring a touch of zest-ines (I know it’s not even a word) and balances the rose well.  I have a small candle but it throws enough fragrance to fill in even a

Darphin Aromatic Cleansing Balm with Rosewood Review

I’ve used up  Darphin Aromatic Cleansing Balm  till the very last drop, so it is about time I write about it.

This cleanser is a cult product in the industry, and rightly so. First of all, as the name suggests, it smells absolutely incredible, there is something soothing and relaxing about using it at the end of the day, it is like a well deserved “me time”. The scent is divine thanks to Marula Oil, Sage, Ylang Ylang and Rosewood Essential Oils. It is truly therapeutic, especially with our hectic schedules.

I also love the cleansing properties and how soft it makes my skin feel. While I never remove my eye makeup with this type of cleansers, I find that it does the job of

Weleda Wildrose Deodorant Review

Natural deodorants have  been a huge thing lately. And not only in the beauty industry but among my girlfriends, too. And most of them could not be less interested in beauty trends.

While I am personally not about all organic “clean” products, I’ve decided to try the “natural deodorant”, as well. And while Malin & Goetz (Nordstrom, Net a Porter,  Space NK) seemed like the most popular and effective based on the recommendations I saw, I went for Weleda because… rose, obviously. I mean, gimme all the rose scented products.

On Weleda’s website we read that  with this deodorant “the  sweating process is allowed to continue its essential job, but the odour is inhibited” which sounds great but is it really that way?

One of my best girlfriends, who is like a spokesperson for Weleda and always raves about their products,  was not impressed with their deodorants (she uses baking soda or lemons now) but I’ve decide to try it anyways. Rose, remember?

So what are my impressions?

First of all,

Matrix Oil Wonders Rose Volume Shampoo for Fine Hair Review

If it is a rose scented beauty product – I have to have it!  So when I’ve found out about  the Matrix Oil Wonders Rose Volume range, I have ordered a shampoo straight away.

And it is brilliant! It  does smell of roses, and it is a nice rose scent, in my opinion, as not all of them are. It leathers up nicely and leaves the hair shiny, glossy and smooth. I really loved it
