Here is, as promised, the second part of my Favourite Beauty Products of 2014 features.
This time it’s all about the eyes & lips. Enjoy, and don’t forget to share yours.
Eye Shadows Platte – theBalm Shady Lady Vol 2 (review)
I have re-discovered this beauty in summer, and this was the palette I travelled with most of the times, amazing formulas, great colour selection, thin packaging and great mirror – what else do you need? theBalm eye shadows are among the best.
Mascara – Clarins Be Long (review)
I’ve managed to get lush looking lashes with Be Long, it separates perfectly, is never clumpy, and gives a nice , rather dramatic effect, if you use several coats. The brush, for me, is mess-free. I have recommended it to several friends, and they loved it, too.
Cream Eye Shadow – Max Factor Excess Shimmer Eye Shadows (review)
Definitely one of the coolest eye shadows I’ve discovered in ages. Mousse-like texture that allows you to get a sheer hint of shimmer, or layer it on for a more intense look. It is stunning both ways!
Eye Shadows – Rouge Bunny Rouge Eye Shadow in Solstice Halcyon (review)
Spring is here, so is the sunshine! And with such weather girls usually want to add some fresh and bright colours to their face. And although I personally love cool tones more (on myself), corals and peaches are the in favour of most people.
In fact, even I am wearing some of those shades today. But nothing to neon and in-your-face, so it will suit most people.
To be precise: Make Up For Ever Aqua Cream in #5, a gorgeous peach with golden shimmer on my eyes! Yes, really, I think it looks stunning on the eyes but you could wear it on the cheek and lips, too. It’s such a universal product.
And Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector in 05 Candy Shimmer which gives just the right amount of colour and brings some “life” to the face.
I am using a mix of blushers today but you could go for Jouer Cosmetics Cheek & Lip Tint in Petal to keep up with the whole theme.
It is fun experimenting with
During the last several weeks I had a lot of stress, did not sleep that well, plus I have to take some medicine for three months, among other things. Why am I even telling that? So that you can release that my skin doesn’t look fantastic, unfortunately.
That’s when lill’ things like Clarins’ Instant Light Radiance Boosting Complexion Base are like
life complexion savers.
This is a lightweight base that doesn’t feel greasy or oily on the skin, plus I’d say that is makes the skin softer (yes, I did touch it) and smoother. I don’t have particularly large pores or major imperfections, but I would say that it definitely improves (visually) the look of the skin.
With my tired, glow-lacking, post-winter complexion I can really appreciate the
Recently several girlfriends asked me about wearable/”beginners” red. So I thought I’d write about it here, as some of you may be interested in this topic, too.
Althought I personally love matte full-on red, I perfectly understand that not everyone is ready for it. This is why sheer formulas may be a good option to begin with.
I have chosen three that I love. And these all are high-end. Why? Well, if you buy a “cheap” red, you will always find an excuse not to wear it. But if you invest in a luxury lipstick – you’d have to. And, let’s face it, who doesn’t love beautiful things?

I know that a lot of readers come to Makeup4all for all things Clarins, so here, as promised, is my guide to Clarins toners. I did a detailed review about each product, so this post will be a brief summery, you can read all the details by clicking the links.

One-Step Facial Cleanser with Orange Extract (review)
Such an amazing orange scented product which gently cleanses the skin, leaves is super smooth, soft and glowing. A must have here. Will re-purchase in the future. Can I say once again that I love it?!
Clarins Water Comfort One-Step Cleanser with Peach Essential Water (review)
This is a nice product which
