I have to admit that I am slightly obsessed with dystopian novels, and love all those futuristic and manus x machina themes. And, yes, I do have a board on Pinterest.
It may have something to do with the fact that I did culture studies back at uni and read lots of philosophical theories on the subject. Whatever it is, I have been always fascinated with the futuristic beauty.
Here is actually a photo I’ve posted on Instagram recently.
The products shown are:
- GOSH Holographic and Rainbow nail polishes.
- Illamasqua Liquid Metal in Surge and Phenomena
- Ellis Faas Lights in 301
- Max Factor Excess Shimmer Eye Shadows in Crystal
- MeMeMe nail polish in Refined
And here are also some kick ass beauty looks from the relatively recent MET Gala, how
You probably already know my obsession with cool pink lip products already. So I’ve had this GOSH Light’N Shine Lip Glaze in #4 on my wish list for some time already and finally picked it up last month.
I actually have to say that I’ve been impressed with GOSH Cosmetics lately as they have so many great products and the price is not that high. For those of you who don’t know, GOSH is a beauty brand from Denmark which is sold in most European countries.
Just take a look at this beauty!
I have to say that I’ve got this gloss because of it’s colour but it is a pretty cool gloss to buy just for the built in light and a small mirror it has. Both are actually really useful. I mean it does work and am sure it will be very helpful if you like going out a lot.
This is also like a lovely assessories, everyone immediately notices it and asks you about it. I only wish this gloss had a on/off button as I don’t need a light at the day time and I am afraid the battery may die too fast as I am using this gloss very often.
I’ve been meaning to get this GOSH nail polish for quite a long time but it was sold out all the time. Finally it is mine, I’ve got the last bottle by the way.
I never had a holographic nail polish before so I was mesmerized by this one and instead of working I was staring at my nails most of the time.
Isn’t it beautiful?
But my problem was that by the mid of the day my nail polish did not look as nice as it was supposed to look. Later I read on the bottle that due to a special formula one should wear a 565 Fix Base Coat. Yes, I was so excited to try this nail polish that haven’t noticed that before.
I am a bit surprised that one should use a special base coat not a top coat, but I am not a nail polish expert. Next time I will definitely try the proper application. I had to remove my nail polish on the other day because it looked to bad.
I am not sure if all holographic nail polishes are like this or only this one though. I don’t like the staying power but I really like the effect.
Looks like the most famous drugstore nude lipstick is GOSH Darling. Do you have it yourself? Do you want it?
Here is the swatch of this lipstick on my hand so that you can see for yourself if that is worth all the hype. So what do you think?
Besides being pretty and wearable GOSH Velvet Touch lipstick in 134 Darling contains SPF 6 which is a great bonus.
You can get it for € 6-7 in EU and for £6.00 at Superdrug in the UK. As for the US, I am not sure where you can get it. If you do know, please share with everyone!
Just look at this amazing promo picture of the new collection by GOSH Cosmetics. I can’t wait to create such look for myself. This is a promo look for the new collection which you can check out at the official website
Have you tried GOSH Cosmetics? If you never tried it you’ve probably heard of the GOSH Darling because everyone is talking about this lipstick. What do you think about this look? What would you like to try from GOSH?
