Jo Malone Red Roses Travel Candle. Review and Photos. Love It!

There are people who hate rose scent and those who love it. And I actually love roses and rose scent!  My favourite has to be Jo Malone Red Roses. It reminds me of my childhood and the rose jam my Mum used to make.

I absolutely adore (it was love from the first sniff actually) my Red Roses cologne so I was very happy to receive the Jo Malone Red Roses Travel Candle (£22 for 60G) which is the newest addition to their Red Roses range.

Although it looks really small, the burning time is up to  18 hours which is amazing.

Jo Malone describe their Red Roses scent as ‘Voluptuous, Romantic, Clear’.

The notes are:

Jo Malone London Blooms Collection

I absolutely love the look of the London Blooms Jo Malone Colognes that are out in March.

The design, inspired by the British Garden, looks amazing, very Spring appropriate, too. They are Limited Edition  and retail for  £72 / €84 for e 100ml.

There are three colognes in this collection:

Peony & Moss

A contrast of the dainty and the dirty. Delicate peony, clad in the moist earthiness of moss. Laced with cordial-intense cassis. Encircled with ivy. A fragrance of gossamer lightness, grounded in rich verdancy.

White Lilac & Rhubarb

Jo Malone Cologne Set. One Of My Favourite Sets Ever

I forgot that I’ve actually never posted about one of my favourite purchases of this year.  It was the Jo Malone Christmas Cologne set which was a present from myself for myself 😉

I’ve got Lime Basil & Mandarin, Grapefruit, Pomegranate Noir, Red Roses, Orange Blossom and Vanilla & Anise colognes, 9 ml each, for £60.

Regular (30ml) cologne retails for £36 so I think it is an awesome way to try different colognes and to have those that you don’t like that much in a small bottle just to mix it with others.

I loved pretty much all of these colognes. My favourite combination has to be Red Roses and Vanilla & Anise! I also love wearing Orange Blossom on its own.

Red Roses reminds me of the rose jam my Mum used to make when I was a child, this is definitely not a scent for everyone, some may even hate it. But I personally adore it. Vanilla & Anise is just a beautiful warm and a bit spicy scent  which is wonderful. As for

Mother’s day Gift: Jo Malone David Hicks Candle Collection

It’s Mother’s Day soon and I believe  that we all want to get the best presents for our lovely Mums. Since my Mum is indifferent to makeup (she used to wear it in her 2o’s and 30’s but not anymore) and has the skincare she likes I can only get her perfumes or candles since these are the only beauty products that I know she truly likes.

I think that if your Mum likes candles just like mine – the new Jo Malone David Hicks collection will be a perfect choice.

There are 3 candles in the collection:
