Matte lipsticks are not going anywhere, in fact they are getting hotter than ever. Here is a selection of the newest releases! And these are only some of them – stay tuned for more.

Here is a preview of one more Autumn 2017 makeup collection, this time YSL which was inspired by Studio 54, the epicenter of disco in the 1970s.
Let’s take a look. First of all, there are two gorgeous shimmering nail polishes La Laque Couture ($28) in Dancing Bronze and 64 Studio Silver.
The star of the collection is the Night 54 Couture Variation Palette ($95). It is decorated with a holographic Cassandra reminiscent of the disco ball that lit up the dance floor at Studio 54. You get lipsticks, eye shadows and eye liner.
You can also choose from different shades of Couture Eye Liner ($34) 01 Deep Black, 02 Blue,
Quite a few brands famous for mascaras launched additions to their ranges, and we are talking about Lancome, YSL (The Shock) and Dior. And I have reviewed at least one from each brand in the past…
But today let’s take a look at two mascaras I haven’t mentioned yet.
“A super-volumizing squeezable mascara with a fully loaded brush for instant, extreme lash volume. By pumping the soft tube, you’ll coat the brush and soften the creamy, rich mascara formula inside for a perfect, fresh application, every time”.
“A high-volume mascara that delivers bold lash volume for up to 24 hours. Features a large brush and an ultra-creamy formula that glides onto lashes like silk and delivers up to 12 times the volume with up to 24 hours of wear”.
I am actually trying out quite a few mascaras now, so expect to see the reviews in the future.
I have always been a fan of glossy eye lids, and it is kinda cool to see that it is a big trend now. Here is a look I have created with the Rouge Bunny Rouge eye gloss back in 2012. If you haven’t tried the glossy eye lid look, definitely do, it is so effortless, fun and sexy. Sounds like such a cliche thing which is said about every “trend”, but in this case it really is all of that.
You can always get the RBR or MAC eye glosses. Or try the new options. And now it is very easy to get the one you like, considering that even such brands as Bobbi Brown and YSL now have them.
Bobbi Brown just launched three shades (£19.50 from Harvey Nichols and $28 from Barneys), and they will be a huge hit, for sure. You can choose from Beach Nude, Island Pink and Nude. YSL offer just a clear option Yves Saint Laurent Eye Gloss Smudger ($30 from Nordstrom).
But if you want a colourful eye gloss, and from a more niche brand, I’ve got you covered, too. Here are three options for your consideration.
The product that I am
I already wrote about so many highlighters but the glowing skin is always in, so obviously, the brands will keep on releasing new products, and here are the latest additions.
“Enriched with hyaluronic acid, vitamin E antioxidants and golden pigments to eliminate signs of fatigue, this unique highlighting formula leaves a uniform veil of liquid light and micro pearly particles on skin – forming a consistent glow.” Available in three shades.
BOBBI BROWN Glow Stick, £26 from Harvey Nichols
“Glow Stick highlighter glides on skin to deliver an instant, sun-kissed glow that
