I have already mentioned so many new lipstick launches here, here and here, but today let’s take a look at even more new and awesome releases. We all know that one can never have too many lipsticks. An although I personally can’t even fit all my lipsticks into my drawers, I want all of these. Ahem.
And even if you do not need anything, theses days the brands create such beautiful images, videos and the stories behind each product that you feel like you have to indulge. Very clever strategy.
“Covetable comfort meets confident color in a high-pigment formula that glides like a gloss, cloaks like a lipstick—and feels like nothing else. Semi-matte color glides on a stays supple without drying or feeling sticky. Developed with Oil Infusion Complex, an innovative concentration of precious oils, fused to create a smooth-glide effect. Fully coats lips on contact with smooth, saturated, semi-matte style.”
All shades are named after the ’70s counterculture phenomena. There are 13 shades, shown is No 54.

While Chanel is all about the pink and silver shades, Guerlain‘s main colours for Christmas are rich navy and gold, which is a beautiful combination. This collection is inspired by India, and the rich colours from the Indian culture. Let’s take a look at the products.

I am loving the official description of the new Libre Chanel Makeup collection:
“Sheer meets intense. Matte and glossy collide. The artificial clashes with the real in a bold new makeup collection inspired by the material urban world. Striking contrasts of colours, textures, intensities and light capture a contemporary edge and thrilling moment in time.”
This collection with all the pink and silver details will definitely stand out among all the gold and red glittery offerings which are usually released for Christmas. There is also a new foundation! So far you can only buy the products from Chanel’s website but later on from Nordstorm, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Selfridges, Harrods.

Matte liquid lipsticks are here to stay! More and more brands are releasing their versions with formulas becoming less drying and the shades becoming more sophisticated.
And here are two latest launches from such brands as Chanel and Burberry.
Speaking of Burberry, I think their new strategy is simply genius! As you know, it is a Fashion Weeks month, and besides the clothes (obviously) a lot of us are obsessing over the beauty looks at the Runway: hair, makeup and nails. We often get a sneak preview of the products which will be available for the purchase only in months. But not anymore when it comes to Burberry! All the products Wendy Rowe and her team used on the girls are already available, both new shades and new products.
