I’ve already written about my favourite makeup products and even nail polishes of 2010 but what about skincare you may ask? The brand of the year for me was definitely Elemis. All the products that I’ve tried this year were nice and some were just amazing.
I ADORE the Exotic line for the body. The Salt Glow, Frangipani melt and the shower cream are just amazing = perfection. The body lotion (I have a travel size) is nice but it’s not my favourite. The Milk Bath is divine, you can read about it here.
I dream about the perfume which smells like the moisture melt and I was really hoping that the Exotic perfumes smell like it but unfortunately (for me) they don’t. But my Mama is crazy about this scent.
I’ve been also loving Elemis face care products. I already
I’ve already reviewed Korres Jasmine Body Butter in the past and today I’d like to tell you about the Korres Jasmine Body Milk.
It is Spring and, although body doesn’t need such a thick and nourishing moisturizer as in winter, I still like using lotions/creams daily.
- It has 93.5 natural ingredients
- Light and non greasy texture which leaves the skin moisturized
- It smells amazing, Jasmine makes me think of Spring, the scent stays on the skin for a while. Actually
A lot of people have asked me for some body creams reviews as I have very dry skin. So this is why I will be writting about some body creams/balms/lotions that I love in the following few weeks.
We will start with Elemis Pro-Collagen Body Cream.
It is one of the most expensive creams (£49.00/$90 for 200 ml at Timetospa) I have used so I was expecting a lot from it. And it does stand up to what is promised!
So what is promised?
‘Designed with lattice technology to help restore surface cell cohesion, promote intercellular communication and reinforce skin’s natural moisturisation factor. Helps to smooth out crepey skin texture, deeply hydrates, improves skin contours. The result is a beautifully smooth, luminous and firmer looking body.’
Key ingredients: Pro-Collagen
This post brought to you by Tree Hut . All opinions are 100% mine.
Summer is approaching, and we all want to look our best. Besides working out and eating clean, firming body products are always a good idea! This is why today I want to tell you about two new product by Tree Hut, their Italian Mocha Firming Sugar Scrub and Italian Mocha Firming Body Lotion.
Both products come in a lovely forest green and brown packaging, both are very affordable (around $10 each), and they smell really nice. Tree Hut products are made in the USA, and are not tested on animals. I personally don’t drink coffee, bu even I like the scent, but my girlfriends who do love it, were head over heals about the scent.
So what else do you need to know about the products?
Italian Mocha Firming Sugar Scrub
Just wow, this is my personal favourite product from two. It is a sugar scrub with caffeine and coffee grounds, well known skin-firming ingredients. Besides those ingredients, you get the benefits of certified organic shea butter, Safflower Seed Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Avocado Oil, Macadamia Seed Oil and Orange Oil.
This is why it exfoliates the skin properly, but at the same time doesn’t leave
I’ve been promising this post for a long time already so here it is finally!
I have very dry and often flaky skin and I have tried a lot of body creams, and, in my opinion, this is probably the best one I’ve found so far. It works great for winter even for my skin type so, most likely, will work for you, too.
I am talking about Bioderma Atoderm PP Anti-Reccurence Emollient Balm.
This product was actually recommended to me at the shop by the sales assistant. She also recommended Oilatum bath products to me, so I am definitely going to try them in the future.
The great thing about Bioderma Atoderm PP Anti-Recidive Anti-Reccurence Emollient Balm Severe And Recurrent Cutaneous Dryness is that it can be used both on face and body.
So what about my impression?
