Kind Natured, an affordable natural brand (it is promised that the products are free of Sulphates, Parabens and Petrochemicals; and are 97% natural in general) brought out two new lines recently, and I was kindly sent some products to try out.
Two new ranges are:
- Shea & Macadamia – described as deeply nourishing and formulated for very dry skin.
- Coconut & Monoi – described as moisturising and formulated for normal and dry skin
Each line has three products so far: Foaming Sugar Scrub (£5.99), Body Lotion (£5.99) and a Hand Cream (£4.99).
So what are my thoughts?
First of all, I think it was a clever idea to bring out the scented products at this time of year when we all are a bit tired of the cold months and crave the sun. Both lines have that sweet exotic scent, and make me personally think of a summer holiday and cocktails on the beach, they are like a summer-in-a-bottle. Although the
I have started using eye creams on a regular basis pretty early, and I believe that a good eye cream can make a difference. And Elemental Herbology Eye Elixir is a good one. In fact, possibly the best eye cream I’ve used. I am actually a huge fan of the brand, in general.
Why do I like it so much?
The main reason is that it is rich and moisturising without feeling heavy or greasy. I have very dry skin, and light-weigh creams don’t do that much for me. Plus, not being 20 anymore, I want to take a good care of my under eye area and prevent the early signs of ageing.
And I find that
Considering that I have already written about Clarins twice this week, and the fact that they are adding an eye cream to the Multi-Active line, it seemed like a good idea to publish the feature which was in my drafts for several months already. And we are talking about Clarins New Multi-Active Day cream for all skin types.
I am a big fan of Clarins creams, especially the HydraQuench (I’ve been buying that range for years), and also the Daily Energizer which I’ve had more than once, as well, so I was happy to get a sample of the latest launch, 46 weeks ago (according to my Instagram, ahem). But it is better late than never, right? Plus, now I have a better impression, as I have already used the cream up, as you can tell from the photos.
According to the brand, Multi-Active Day cream “prevents and visibly corrects the appearance of fine lines thanks to new Myrothamnus extract. The new extract minimises the impact of daily stress to help keep skin smooth and radiant. With technology powered by plant extracts and the latest breakthroughs in botanical research, these treatments visibly diminish the first signs of ageing, restore radiance, hydrate and maintain younger looking skin.”
My first impression is that it is a
Autumn/Winter is the time to introduce oils in your skincare regimen, if for some reason you are not using any yet. This is why today I want to share about one of my favourite oils of all time. And I was actually surprised to to see that I never wrote a feature about Clarins Santal Face Treatment Oil.
I have used up my current bottle, so it seems like a perfect time to share.
Clarins have three facial oils, and this particular one was created for dry skin, with pure
I love me a good body oil, and I have to have at least one in my rotation! And here is the one I have been enjoying in August and September. Meet ArtDecoYlang Ylang and Patchouli Precious Dry Body Oil which is from the Senses Asian Spa range.
I am sorry for the state of the bottle, I forgot to take the photos when I’ve just bought the product but at least you can definitely tell that I love it.
So why do I love it? It has a subtle oriental scent to it, and I am not gonna lie, this is one of the most important things when it comes to body care for me. It has to smell nice. But at the same time, it is subtle
