Apivita Propoline Shampoo and Nourishing and Repairing Mask for Dry-Dehydrated Hair. Review and Photos
It’s time to tell you about more Apivita products that I loved, this time I want to tell you about about their shampoo and hair mask.
This is a range with honey and almond for dry and dehydrated hair which contains rosemary infusion instead of water and organic oils.
Although my hair is not dry or dehydrated, I was curious to try this range, as I’ve heard some amazing things about it.
First of all, I have to say that I really love the scent of both products, they do smell of honey. I have been using this shampoo for several months and I would say that it does make the hair soft and shiny. It does feel nourished without getting greasy and does not weight the hair down.
It should also protect the ends from splitting but I can’t make any comments on that as I try to get a hair cut every two-three months now, which is very regular for me ( I used to go once-twice per year; yes, I know).
Here are the ingredients but if you can’t see them properly, Apivita does list them all on the website. The price for 250 ml is €11.90.
I have been also
I already made a post : “How to take care of your hair in summer“. In this post I would like to review shampoo that I currently use.
What is written:

This Bonacure Sun Guardian Shampoo is ideal for daily cleansing of sun-stressed hair. Rebalances the moisture level of sun-stressed hair leaving the hair & scalp refreshed and soothed. You’ll feel the difference as the Aloe Vera extract re-balances moisture levels, and the Allantoin soothes sun-stressed scalp and skin. The Clear formula leaves hair refreshed and replenished

Result: Healthy, shiny and refreshed hair for long-lasting beauty. Directions of Use: Massage into wet hair and rinse out thoroughly. For an extended soothing result, leave for 2 minutes.
What do I think:
Shampoo really does everything that is promised. It is one of the best shampoo that I’ve ever tried. It can be compared only to L’oreal Professional and Kerastase. Several weeks ago I was at the salon having a haircut and the products that were used were L’oreal Professional. Of course my hair looked perfect after all the procedures. But I want to admit that when I use BC Sun Guarding at home my hair looks almost the same. This shampoo is clear and smells nice. After you use it your hair looks beautiful, shiny and smooth. After a week you can see great improvements plus it moisturizes your hair after damage that sun causes.
I’ve promised a review about the newest line from L’Oreal Professionel – Force Vector. If you want to find out more about the line and 5 products read this post because I just don’t want to repeat everything here.
About the Force Vector Serie
“New Force Vector counters this damage with Glycocell, the latest in haircare technology from L’Oréal Professionnel. Glycocell combines Incell technology and Royal Jelly Extract to deliver targeted strength and reinforcement to fragile, weak hair. Incell strengthens the natural cohesion of the hair and increases its resistance to external stressors, for long-lasting conditioning results. Royal Jelly Extract is a nutrient-rich substance produced by bees that provides concentrated essential amino acids and vitamins to the hair. Together these technologies are designed to reinforce hair that has been compromised due to external aggressions, leaving it stronger and more resistant to breakage. “
I’ve got three products our of 5 because I don’t need Force Vector Reinforcing Anti-Breakage Conditioner and Force Vector Reinforcing Anti-Breakage Thermo-Active Treatment.
This means what I got:
- Force Refill Intense Reinforcing In-Salon Treatment
- Force Vector Reinforcing Anti-Breakage Shampoo
- Force Vector Reinforcing Anti-Breakage Masque
And now I will tell you my impressions about each product that I’ve been using since November.
I finished this shampoo last week and already got a drugstore one and I miss the L’Oreal Shampoo a lot so I will be getting the new one soon. But this time from the other serie (I am thinking avout Volume Expand).
First of all I have to tell you that I have a thin and oily hair. My hair really looked so much better, thicker and healthier when I was using this shampoo. The bonus is that I absolutely love how it smells and you need a small amount of shampoo to wash your hair.
There is only one negative thing. My hair gets oily very soon after this shampoo but I can’t say that I mind that because I wash my hair every 2 days. My hairdresses told me that it is because the shampoo contains some oild that “cover” the hair.
Also I wanted to see the result that this shampoo gives the fine hair so I asked my friend to try it and to tell the result. After using this shampoo for a while my friend told me the same! Her hair looked amazing but she had to wash it more often.
So I guess it’s better to use it when you have dry hair. Also I would recommend you to get this shampoo from an on-line shop because you will have to pay more in the salon just like I did.

For some reason I am
I already shared my impression about Philip B’s Peppermint and Avocado Shampoo and today I’d like to tell you about the brand’s Nordic Wood Hair & Body Shampoo.
I am a bit sceptical when it comes to 2-in-1 hair and body products but this one did not disappoint! It leathers up nicely and leaves both hair and body clean and refreshed. It works great both as a shampoo and shower gel, unlike some similar products that usually deliver one way or another. This makes it a great product for travelling, too.
The scent is divine, pure 6% herbaceous blend of Norwegian
I simply adore Philip B Peppermint and Avocado Volumizing and Clarifying shampoo but since it’s so expensive, I was on a mission to find a cheaper alternative.
Probably the most talked about is Phyto’s PhytoNeutre Clarifying Detox Shampoo (formally known as PhytoNeutre Rebalancing Cream Shampoo). Everyone seemed to love it, so I’ve decided to buy it for myself, and was ready to see amazing results.
This shampoo with eucalyptus essential oil (it is green-ish actually; plus it smells so refreshing!), silicone and paraben free, is formulated to eliminate product build-up without stripping hair of its protective barrier, and should be used weekly.
And what about the results?
At first, I wasn’t very impressed with it for some reason. I was really hoping that it would allow me to wash the hair less often, and, unfortunately, it wasn’t really the case. But I have realized that the brand suggests leaving it for several minutes, which I did not do. After I’ve started doing it, the results were a lot better.
I was also surprised to see how shiny and glossy my hair looked afterwards, which is never the case with the silicon-free shampoos, from my experience. I also loved that
