My Eye Brows Beauty Products Must Haves

It took me some  time to realize that eye brows are very important. I did over-pluck mine, like a lot of people back in the 90’s, but luckily they grew back! Plus I never really did anything with them…

This Tuesday I went out with  only one makeup product on my face –  eye brow pencil (I’ve also curled my lashes), and I was happy with the way I looked. In fact, when I was visiting my family this is the look I’d rock most of the days. They say eyebrows frame the face; and the is spot on! I personally think good brows make a huge difference.

This is why I though I’d share some of the products that I love using on my myself, and on others.

Shavata Double Ended Eyebrow Pencil (review and swatches)

I have to start with a product that is probably my personal favourite! I always sharpen it really well so that it creates a  precise line which never looks drawn in; but I never drag it on and do small strokes to feel in any gaps and make to brows more defined.  This shade really suits my cool-toned brows, the texture is soft and it stays on for the whole day. It is a total winner, and I highly recommend.

Benefit Cosmetics Gilded Review and Swatches

Do you remember the fantastic Legally Bronze set by Benefit which was available at American Sephora for $35 (the value is $105)! So you save $70, amazing, right?! So guess what?! It’s back!!!

Last time when it was available a lovely friend from America was kind enough to get it for me. I’ve already reviewed Hoola Bronzer. I also plan to write a post about my fave liquid highlighters and High Beam is one of them. As for mascara, I’ve lost it somehow so there will be no review about it. But today I will tell you about the Gilded eye pencil from the set.

It’s a bronzy gold eye pencil which I personally use all over the lid. I’d even describe this colour as a bronzy melon which is beautiful especially if you have tan!

Green Eye Shadows and Liners Swatched: From Lime To Emerald

Yesterday I was doing a makeup for a St. Patrick’s Party so I was going through my green eye shadows looking for the colours that I may use. So I thought I’d share those that I really like.

This is not a review post as it would take me forever to review each eye shadow but most of the shadows I already reviewed in the past.

ArtDeco Art Couture Lipstick Velvet in 645 Demoiselle by Dita von Teese Review and Lip Swatches

I have got some products from Dita von Teese The Classics makeup collection from Tender Loving Skincare (they ship Internationally for £5) to show you.

ArtDeco is the brand of my teenage years and I still love it a lot.  It is affordable, has a great selection and the German quality is superb. Even  now, when I can afford more expensive brands, I do get some of their products from time to time.

I have been wearing these products for a week and do like them all but today I want to tell you about the lipstick. It is actually the best-selling item from the collection (I am not surprised).

The shade that I have is Dita Von Teese Art Couture Lipstick in  645 Demoiselle (£18.50).

I already have some red ArtDeco lipsticks from the same line (not the Dita ones) so I was nice to try a fuchsia one.

Although this lipstick is priced almost as some luxury lipsticks, it is worth it in my opinion. The design does look classy and chic. Definitely the kind of packaging I’d be proud to pull out of my makeup bag.

The lipstick itself is

BECCA Lip Tint in Caipirinha Review and Lip Swatches

I already made a review about my other Lip Tint by BECCA  called Frappe which is a juicy coral. And today I want to tell you about theirt lip tint called Caipirinha.

It looks like a medium brown in the tube but the colour is very natural on the lips (see the swatch below). You can read a detailed review about BECCA’s lip tint here.

But let me say it one more time – this gloss is one of the best out there! It’s light, yet moisturizing, it has a nice little brush and the colour is buildable.

And this is how it looks like on the lips.
