When I’ve heard that girls from Beauty Insider were working on Allure Russia, I knew that I had to get it! It is one of my dreams/goals to be fluent in at least five languages and Russian is already among those that I do speak.
It was not that easy for me to get the magazine but it was worth it, the content was interesting (they do tell negative things about the products, too) and there was also a sample of Chanel mascara.
It was Chanel Sublime de Chanel in 10 Deep Black.
Here is how the brush looks like
I promised to show you how Illamasqua’s Liquid Metal in Surge looks like on the eyes so here is the photo. My aim was to show you the easiest way you could wear it, the one you can create even when you have minimum time in the morning. But with Illamasqua products you can create so many looks, you just have to use your imagination 🙂
So here are the products that I used:
- Korres Eyebrow pencil #2.
- Light eye shadows under the brows and to all over the lid, I used MAC skintone 1 which is a LE.
- Illamasqua Liquid Metal in Surge.
- NARS shadows in Night Clubbing which is one of my favourite eye shadow and you can see the swatch here.
- Hypnose mascara by Lancome.
- Le Crayon Khol by Lancome in Brun Noir which is my HG, review here. I used it on the eye waterline.
So what do you think? Would you try such look? I’ve already tried some very creative looks using Surge but wanted to share the easiest one with you. The one you can wear every day and spend minimum time creating it.
Rouge Bunny Rouge re-launched all their lipsticks and I have already showed a preview here but it’s time to take a closer look.
I was sent all five shades from the Sheer Lipsticks Succulence of Dew range, and here they are.
It is interesting how I was recently reading about a “lipstick wardrobe” that every girl should have, and I think that RBR nailed it with their shade selection. Here we go…
MUSINGS – “Wet effect, medium transparency, natural pinky rose”
This is a such a pretty and fresh every day colour. It is a perfect balance of nude, peach and pink – would go with just any makeup look.
PERFUME OF HIS GAZE – “Wet effect, medium transparency, cool toned rose taupe”
Surprisingly this was my most worn shade. It will be a
Can you guess what I’ve got? Well, I guess you can if you’ve read the name of this post 😉 I wanted to write something like “I’ve got Naked or similar” but I don’t want to attract any perverts.
So yes… I’ve got myself a Naked palette!
I do a lot of makeovers in my free time both for weddings, special occasions and just for my friends so I though it would save a lot of space in my kit. And yes, let me tell you, it’s a great palette to have with you. Plus a lot of girls love it and some are even asking if I have the Naked palette.
See what I mean? And how gorgeous is my model, right?!
For those of you who don’t know, Lush launched their makeup range not a long time ago.
I was near Lush the other day so decided to check out their lipsticks as I’ve heard very good things about them. And, wow, they did not disappoint!
I don’t own one yet but I did swatch almost all the shades on my hand in store and did put one on my lips (Lush provide disposable applicators) which I had on for the whole evening.
These are very pigmented, long-lasting and non-drying. I also love the fact that they can be used as blushers, too.
I left Lush with Charm on my lips which survived pizza and drinks with friends. I actually had to get back and get one for my friend as I knew she’d like it. The one you can see on the photo is hers now, it is Charm.
Here are just some random swatches of Lush’s makeup. I would definitely
