theBalm The Manizer Sisters Palette Review and Swatches. Rave

I’ve wanted theBalm luminizers  for as long as I remember (and by that I mean since they came out). I have swatched them several times  at the counter but couldn’t make up my mind on which one to get, and I could not justify getting all three considering how many products I already have.

This is why when I saw The Manizers palette  – I simply had to get it. This is a limited edition, as far as I know, so get it while you can. Yes, the single powders come in that gorgeous packaging but this cardboard  one is perfectly fine. It is sturdy and slim.

So what is so special about these powders?

First of all the texture, it is very smooth, soft and buttery, almost creamy, it melts into the skin. The pigmentation is also brilliant, you only need  one swipe. It is no wonder these babies are so loved by all the beauty enthusiasts.

Let’s take a closer look:

Mary-Lou Manizer

This is a gorgeous warm-toned golden highlighter. And it is not subtle by  any means, it gives you a proper glow,  instantly brightens and perks up the complexion. Use it on top of the cheek bones, upper lip and under the brow bone. It may be too intense for some people for a day time but if you love you some luminosity – it is perfection.

MeMeMe Cosmetics Bestseller Gift Box in Pink. Review and Swatches

Remember my post about MeMeMe cosmetics?

I’ve actually got one set for myself to try and let you know my opinion.

I’ve got a Bestseller Gift Box in Pink which includes:

  • Blush Box in Pink
  • Light Me Up lipgloss in Illuminate
  • Long lasting nail gloss in Graceful

All products separately would cost me  £20 but they retail for £15.50 in a set which also comes with a beautiful gift box. But http://www.cocktailcosmetics.co.uk/ (they ship Worldwide) actually had the set for £10 so I’ve decided to try it.

To tell the truth, I think this is a brilliant set for the price! It would make an amazing gift and also would recommend this set to anyone who is just starting their makeup collection. I obviously did not need this set but was curious to try the brand.

Blush Box in Pink

It comes in a cardboard packaging with a mirror and a brush.  It is a beautiful cool-toned candy pink with shimmer. This is a prefect blush for winter in my opinion as it gives just this beautiful ‘cheeks after a walk on a frosty day’ look.  The shimmer is delicate and looks great in this blush. I really like that the colour is buildable. You can get a very subtle effect but can also ‘pack it on’ ;).

Light Me Up lipgloss in Illuminate

I was actually expecting a different shade based on the promo photo (pale blue based baby pink) but it turned out to be a pinkish nude with tiny silver shimmer instead.

Benefit ChaCha Tint Review, Photos and Swatches

After playing with my new ChaCha Tint for some time I can finally write my thoughts about the product.

It should be available here very soon now, but it’s already available in the US for $29 (for 12.5 ml). I’ve asked my friend to get me this set which was an amazing deal in May.

To tell the truth, I didn’t even plan to get the ChaCha Tint, as I  want to get try the Posie Tint finally but I couldn’t miss such a great deal since I was getting some products from the US back then anyway.

I have to say that I really regret that I never ordered this set, I have no idea what I was thinking about.

But back to the ChaCha Tint… I really like the  design and the package, it is so Benefit and looks great for summer.

It is described as a mango-tinted stain for lips and cheeks and  I agree with the description. It’s just a shame that it doesn’t smell like mango, too.

I know that that the formula is compared to the Posie Tint and according to swatches I can also see some similarities. But, as I have only Benetint, I can say that ChaCha has a thicker and more gel-like consistency.

The colour looks really intense in the bottle and it really is, so you have to blend it out really well, especially if you have a fair skin like I do. I assume that it would look great on the  dark skin tones and I can’t wait to try it on tanned and dark skin tones.

How to apply it?

As it is a stain, I would recommend

Daniel Sandler Watercolour in Truth Review and Swatches. Plus new shade POP

I have already reviewed several shades of the amazing Daniel Sandler Watercolour blushes but I have one more shade to show and the news about the brand new one.

The colour that I want to show you today is called Truth and  is described as: “a barely there nude peach shade with flattering highlights of peach and silver to brighten very fair skins. Perfect for fair to medium skin toned ladies that get high colour; this shade won’t make you look hot and bothered. In fact, it will help disguise hot flushes. ”

This such a pretty shade for those that have fair skin. But it also looks amazing on a little darker skin tones. Right now I am a bit tanned but this shade still looks perfect. It really brightens up the complexion without being too obvious, it just gives this pretty peach tint to the cheeks.

Keep in mind that it has some

Daniel Sandler Watercolour Blush in Charm Review and Swatches

You probably know that I am huge fan of Daniel Sandler’s Watercolour Blushes and have  already reviewed them several times. In this post you can actually read tips from Daniel himself on how to use these blushes.

I love that Daniel supports Cancer Research charities and brings out products to help raising money for this great cause. Last year it was POP blusher.

And this year Mr Sandler brought out Charm Watercolour to support the Moon and Stars charity which raises funds for the Cancer Research.

Charm is a peachy pink shade with  silver shimmering particles.  Although I do like blushes without shimmer better, this blush looks nice on the face.  I guess Daniel’d intention was to “add some life” to our “late Autumn faces” and it does work without being too shimmery or glittery.

I have already written a very detailed review about the Watercolours the which you can find here.

Watercolour Blush retails for £14.50 but you will also get a  Waterbrush (£15.50), which is
