Lumiere Cosmetics Eyes and Cheeks Products. Review and Swatches. Plus A Face OF The Day

When I was asked if I’d like to try Lumiere Cosmetics I was happy to agree since I haven’t tried that many mineral brands plus I thought that it would be an interesting topic for some readers.

I was sent three eye products, one blush, one bronzing blush and two face powders/foundations.

The great thing is that I could actually choose the colours myself which was pretty amazing. So here is what I’ve got.

As for the eye products, I’ve chosen two Glitz and one Eye Shimmer.

All descriptions of the shades are from the website.

Glitz* in Chocolate Covered Cherries, Medium deep berry brown with LOADS of cherry colored sparkles! And Raspberry Truffle, Medium Deep brown with LOADS of raspberry sparkles!

Eye Shimmer* in Black Cherry, Very rich deepened black cherry, with a low sheen that will intensify when foiled. Exciting alternative for contouring and smokey eye effects. Also very pleasing as a liner.

My impression:

Daniel Sandler Watercolour in Truth Review and Swatches. Plus new shade POP

I have already reviewed several shades of the amazing Daniel Sandler Watercolour blushes but I have one more shade to show and the news about the brand new one.

The colour that I want to show you today is called Truth and  is described as: “a barely there nude peach shade with flattering highlights of peach and silver to brighten very fair skins. Perfect for fair to medium skin toned ladies that get high colour; this shade won’t make you look hot and bothered. In fact, it will help disguise hot flushes. ”

This such a pretty shade for those that have fair skin. But it also looks amazing on a little darker skin tones. Right now I am a bit tanned but this shade still looks perfect. It really brightens up the complexion without being too obvious, it just gives this pretty peach tint to the cheeks.

Keep in mind that it has some

Rouge Bunny Rouge Blush Wand Cheeks in Bloom in Rubens Review and Swatches

I am sure you already know that I am a huge fan of cream blushers 😉 So today I want to tell you about a recent favourite – Rouge Bunny Rouge Blush Wand Cheeks in Bloom in Rubens.

It was actually a part of my January favourites and one of the most used blushes this winter in general.

I like the cute flowery design and the small package that is easy to take with you. One more thing that I enjoy is a nice subtle  fruity scent. Moreover, I think it’s cool how these were named after the great artists.

As for the product, it’s really lovely, as you would expect. I know that some of you are afraid of cream blushers (I am judging from the comments), so this one is a great option to start with. It is definitely foolproof, as all you need to do is swipe it on your cheeks and blend with your fingers. You can also

Rouge Bunny Rouge Original Skin Blush For Love of Roses in Florita. Review, Photos and Swatches

Today I want to tell you about yet another gorgeous product by Rouge Bunny Rouge. This time it’s the powder blush which is called For The Love Of Roses. I have a shade which is called Florita, a beautiful matte raspberry red.

This is how the back of the blush looks like.

This is how the shade looks like in the pan and, let me tell you, I love it!

The texture is silky and smooth and it’s easy to apply it; I also don’t have any problems with blending. As for the shade,

Daniel Sandler Watercolour Blushes Review and Swatches. Love Them!

I  already featured the famous Daniel Sandler  Watercolours here but I think it’s time to write a full review and swatch all the shades that I have.

Some people commented that they’ve never heard of this brand and of Daniel himself.  Daniel Sandler is a British celebrity Make-Up artist and a co-fonder of the Daniel Sandler  Cosmetics. To find out more  check out the official website. I also recommend  you watching  some videos with Daniel  as he is very talented and charming, a pleasure to watch.

The shades that I have and the DS brushes – Waterbrush and Blusher brush, love them  both

But what about the blushes?

These are probably the most famous Daniel’s products, they even brought him his first beauty award from the Grazia magazine.

First of all I have to say that I’ve wanted to try them for a long time so I was really happy to get three shades to try out. And here are some of my thoughts and, what is  really exciting, tips from Daniel himself that he  shared with us!

Here are my thoughts:

This is how the blushes look like until you shake them

  • I perfectly understand why these are so popular, as they are a pleasure to use, the package is cute and you can see the colour itself. The formula is really nice.
  • There is a great variety of shades for everyone, they all are really beautiful.
  • The pigmentation is insane! You only need a tiny amount of  the product so the bottle will last you forever.
  • But my favourite thing about the Watercolours is actually how long-lasting they are.  I would even say that these may be the most long-lasting blushes I’ve ever used. These are definitely there by the end of the day.
  • Although they stay on so well, it’s not hard to remove them, you won’t have to scrub your face to get them off.
  • The price is really reasonable for the quality (£14.50 which is less than $25). You can buy them here with the International shipping.
