I already wrote some reviews about Inglot eye shadows but never wrote about their palettes. So what about them? The coolest thing is that you can choose how many shadows do you want and you can pick the shape, too! They have round and square shadows and you can get them in the set of 3, 5 and 10. You can also get lipsticks and blushes in different sets. Anyway, you can get everything you need at Inglot from false eyelashes to holographic lip glosses. But back to the shadows. I have different shadows from the brand but today I want to show you my set with 5 bright round shadows.
I’ve picked all the colours myself and I really love all of them. They don’t have names but do have numbers. So here are the numbers if you would like to get the same
- yellow 60
- green d.s 477
- orange 51
- purple d.s 494
- turquoise shine 33
And now my thoughts and swatches
Black eye shadow is a must have for every woman! Today I’ve picked up 5 shades by Lancome, Urban Decay and NARS. I will tell you my opinion(this is not a detailed review just several words) and will show you swatches. To find out more about the shadows and to get your own click on the image.
1)Color Design by Lancome in Statuesque, $17
I have 9 Lancome Color Design shadows and I like them all. I love almost everything that I have by Lancome (and I have a lot) and these shadows are also great. But you will need to use this shade several times to get a real intense colour.
2)Matte Eyeshadow by Urban Decay in Perversion, $17
Great matte shadow, intense and stays on for a long time. I love matte shadows by Urban Decay!
3) Deluxe Eyeshadow by Urban Decay in Zero, $18
It is worth getting this eye shadow at least because of the design. All shades have different design and the products is amazing.
4) Eyeshadow by Urban Decay in Oil Slick, $17
Looks like everyone is crazy about Alice now. What do we have so far? Alice in Wonderland collection by OPI, Paul and Joe Alice collection (probably I should make a post about it for those of who who don’t know the details) and this Book of Shadows by Urban Decay which is probably the most wanted makeup item lately. Let me remind you that I already made posts about Book of Shadow Volume II and about Alice in Wonderland The Book Of Shadows (how it looks like).
And now it’s time for detailed review and swatches of this palette. Lets me say that I was 100% sure that I will be getting this palette when I first heard about it. Do you want to know why? I absolutely love Urban Decay eye products and it is SUCH a great deal!

What else is there to ask for?
Here is how all the goodies look like
Flipside – bright teal, gorgeous colour which is perfect for summer
Zero -black liner which every girl needs
The shadows are topsy-turvy in Underland but have real-World names 😉 There are no matte shadows plus most of them contain glitter and some contain lots of glitter. So here are the details!
Underland (Flash) – highly pigmented electric purple
Alice (Painkiller)– this is my favourite shade that can be described as very pigmented vibrant shimmering turquoise
Oraculum (Baked) rich cooper
Queen (Last Call) plum with burgundy
Chessur (Chopper) coppery fawn with silver microglitter
White Rabbit (Polyester Bride) it is a pale shade with lots of silver glitter
You all know how much I wanted to get Alice in Wonderland the Book Of Shadows by Urban Decay! And now look what I’ve got! 🙂 I already have their Book Of Shadows Volume II and some single Deluxe Shadows and I absolutely love them all! As well as the other UD products that I have! But what about “Alice”?
First of all where you can get this palette? At Debenhams starting 22nd of February and on 28th February in the stores ( the UK) . The price should be £ 28.
Here is how the palette looks like inside. Beautiful…

French & Fabulous palette ($28.5) was a part of a holiday collection by Too Faced but it is still available at their website. Since I didn’t find anything interesting for myself in their Spring 2010 collection I got this palette and I am very happy that I did!
Here is what is written about it:
“Become beauty royalty and claim your throne with this majestic Collection of six eye shadows, highlighter and bronzer! This queen’s treasure of Too Faced’s most legendary shades will secure your crown and your place amongst the glamour monarchy!”
Tips and Tricks
1. Intensify your eye color by applying the deeper shades as liner, then smudge color under the eye.
2. Apply the paler shadow shades all over from lash to brow for use as a soft, eye-opening base.
3. Use Shadow Insurance Eye Primer before shadow application to lock in your lid look!
4. Use Pink Leopard Bronzer for a skin-perfecting, illuminated finish.
And this is how the palette looks like inside:
As you can see that there are 2 bronzers and 6 eye shadows. So here is my opinion about them all + swatches.
“Best-Selling Bronzers: Our two most coveted bronzers work with a variety of skin tones to illuminate and bronze.”
Pink Leopard Highlighting Bronzer
Sun Bunny Bronzer
I really love both bronzers, they are amazing! Although Too Faced has a set with 3 bronzers and a brush I wanted to get some of their shadows so this is why I got this set. Now I understand why these 2 bronzers are bestsellers – they are perfect. The colours are amazing and look they great on the face. Plus it’s easy to work with them. (sun bunny is darker and pink leopard is lighter)
Totally Toasted Brown & Totally Toasted Beige
These two are great colours for everyday use and will look nice on everyone.
Poodle Puff Raisin, Poodle Puff Pink, Ooh & Aah
