MakeUp4All AUTUMN 2011 Online Beauty Magazine

Several days ago I have posted the information about the new Rouge Bunny Rouge eye shadow palettes and refills.

And I actually have three new shades and a palette to show you.  Here is the packaging  looks like…

The palette itself also has the iconic RBR flowers on top. You can also see three little holes in the palette which is a great idea as they allow you to push the needle through when you need to get the eye shadow out.

And here is how the eye shadows look like inside.  The shades that I have are:

  • Golden Rhea – Iridescent pale gold, pure and simple
  • Lilac Reef Curassow – Pale lilac with iridescent effect
  • Trumpeter Koel – Dark lead-grey with lilac-blue iridescence

The original eye shadows are 2.4 g (£22) and these are 2 g (£16) so they are a bit smaller but also cheaper.

You may know that Bejewelled Skylark is my most favourite eye shadow so I was excited to try new shades from RBR and here is my opinion.

The eye shadows are

I don’t get products from MAC LE releases often but I am a fan of a lot of their permanent products. And today I want to show you one of my favourite eye shadows  from the brand.

It is called Vex and here is how it looks like in the pan. That may look like a frosted silver but it’s not! It’s a gorgeous duo-chrome with pink and green sheen.

Here is the swatch and I hope that it gives you an idea of the colour. You can apply a wash of colour or built it up for a deeper shade. I works great with a lot of shades. I like wearing Vex with gunmetal eye shadows in outer corners or with

I have already written about the Rouge Bunny Rouge Gleaming Temptations lip gloss but they also have Glassy Gloss lip gloss which comes in six shades.

I’ve got one shade as a Christmas present from Zuneta and RBR. (Thank you!)

The shade that I have is called Jungle Fudge (£22) and is described as cushiony-soft semi-sheer metallic finish cool copper, with a glint of silver pearls. And it’s a perfect description.

Mine looks a bit strange because I’ve managed to drop it

I personally would probably never get such shade for myself so that is cool to try something  different!

I find the Glassy Gloss moisturizing, hydrating and nourishing, it looks nice even on the dry lips and definitely makes them feel better. It is rather thick, which I personally love a lot, but not sticky.  The product has a decent staying power. Jungle Fudge has a fruity scent which makes me think of mango.

I always thought that waterproof top coat for mascara would be a genius invention  and would be a fantastic product to have. So when I was asked if I’d like to try the new Anastasia Lash Genius Waterproof Mascara Top Coat  I agreed, of course!

But before I start the actual review I have to say that people who created the campaign for this product did an amazing job. The booklet is so well done and the ideas are brilliant!

The point is basically that your lashes will look perfect in any situation. Below you can see a shot of one of my favourite images – the ‘Movie Moment’.

I have been using this  product for several weeks and I am happy to report that it does work!

It is basically a clear top coat that doesn’t make your lashes look clumpy, hard, plastic looking or glued together. I have used it on several mascaras and the effect looked the same on each one of them.

When I don’t get enough of sleep (like most of the time) my eyes are really watering so I often find my mascara all over the place but Lash Genius helps a lot with it. Plus it makes the mascara last for the whole day.

I personally

I was hoping to like the new Daniel Sandler’s Invisible Radiance Foundation and Concealer but I don’t just like it – I totally love it!

It is like my dream foundation, I love everything about it. Plus you also get a concealer in a matching colour and that all retails  for £28.

It blends into the skin perfectly, feels light and gives a beautiful radiant and rather dewy finish without being greasy or shiny. It  doesn’t enhance dry patches which is very important for me as I have dry skin.

I have not tried this foundation on anyone with oily or combination skin but it is amazing on people with  dry and normal skin types.

I have tried applying the product with my fingers, Daniel’s Kabeauti brush, Japonesque foundation brush and others and I liked all the results.

Invisible Radiance Foundation and Concealer  looks very natural on the skin and I  can’t even tell that I am wearing it, yes, it is that good! It  gives a medium coverage but luckily there is also a concealer to cover all the imperfections. I personally would rather use a lighter foundation and then conceal the little problems instead of using a heavy coverage foundation!

I find that  concealer that comes with foundation gives a
