Garnier Fresh Essentials Vitamin Encreased Cleansing Wipes Review

I really love using Garnier Simply Essentials 2-in-1 Makeup Remover, and I am actually using a second bottle now so I thought I’d give their makeup removing wipes a go.

I would not recommend using wipes on a daily basis but they are great for when you are travelling or can’t wash your face properly for some other reason.

To tell the truth, I was impressed with these, definitely the best wipes I have tried. They are well-soaked with a remover so they don’t drag the skin. In fact, they softly remove the makeup and don’t dry out the skin.

I did not really use waterproof makeup but I did a good job removing the regular one. Just make sure that you hold them long enough so that it dissolves mascara, there is no need to rub!

I will totally re-purchase in the future.

Photos and Review of The Body Electrics Collection for Spring-Summer 2010 by Illamasqua

I already made a post about Illamasqua’s new collection Body Electrics and you can read everything about it here. Three weeks ago I got an e-mail from Illamasqua which said  that they sent me some items from this collection to try.  I already lost my hope to get it because of the volcanic ash situation but the package came this week!

Everything came in a gorgeous black package and this is how it looked like inside:

So here is what I got:

Maybelline Master Smoky Shadow Pencil in Smoky Chocolate Review and Swatches. Rave

You know me and my brown eye liners, right? I refuse to be without my favourite one from Lancome, so when I’ve swatched Maybelline Master Smoky Shadow Pencil in Smoky Chocolate, and realized that it was very similar colour-wise, I knew that I had to buy it.

Smoky Chocolate is a dark brown, exactly the kind of shade that I love. So here is how it looks like.

Maybelline Master Smoky Shadow Pencil in Smoky Chocolate Review and SwatchesYou get an eye crayon on one end and a  sponge on the other, and it is easy-peasy to use. You basically apply the eye liner and smudge it with a sponge. It takes seconds to do it, and the results are impressive. It looks as if you actually took some time to do your makeup.

The formula is amazing, it is creamy and easy to blend. Plus I find that

NYX Cream Blush in Hot Pink Review, Photos and Swatches

It’s not a secret that I love luxury cream (liquid and gel, too) blushes so for me it’s a great investment. But  some of the readers asked me to review several  affordable blushes.

I’ve already reviewed Max Factor and Maybelline blushes so now it’s time for NYX. I have to say that I’ve got this blush specially for the review.
The shade that I have is called Hot Pink and let me tell you, it is really hot! The colour is very bright and extremely pigmented so if you have a light skin tone  – be very careful with the application. You will need the tiniest amount of this product.

The price in the UK is £9.95 but in the Sates it’s much cheaper and retails for $6.50 only. You get a pretty big blush for your money, here is just the comparison with Max Factor’s one.

It is easy to use this blush, the texture is nice and I like the way it blends; you can get a natural finish if you blend it well. This particular shade looks great on

Ellis Faas Lights in E301, E303 and E305 Review and Swatches. Rave

Do you remember my post about Ellis Faas Lights?  Now that I have 3 shades out of 5 I would like to tell you my impression.

First of all just look at the design, it looks amazing to me, absolutely unique and I really like this elegant and sophisticated  futuristic silver. Let me tell you that people, both women and men, always ask me about  Ellis products when they see them.

Although the design is the same there are labels on on each product which won’t come off so you can actually see what colour you are reaching for.

Each Light has this brush which you can use straight on your eyes I guess, but I still use it with my brushes.

So the shades that I have are: E301 (warm silver), E303( bronze) and E305 (holographic Bordeaux). Let me tell you that I absolutely love all the shades and I’ve added the E302(gold) and E304(lilac) to my never-ending  wish list because I do believe it is worth getting them all! After reading this post you will understand why.

Let me start with the colours…

They are absolutely beautiful, silver and bronze are like true  metals and as for E305 it’s a beautiful and duo chrome colour which I like a lot. One of the reason why I like it is because the colour of
