Nails Of the Day: Bourjois 1 Seconde Nail Polish in 11 Style in Rouge

I wanted to try Bourjois 1 Seconde Nail Polishes for some time, as I’ve heard so many great things about the range. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a shade that I would really want. But… when I’m in doubt – I go for red. This is how I got 11 Style in Rouge.

Bourjois 1 Seconde Nail Polish in 11 Style in Rouge nail swatchesThe formula is really amazing, it is opaque with one coat, glides on smoothly and definitely dries quicker than most nail polishes. Plus I like the wide brush which allows you to save time on the application, too. Plus it’s easy to control (the brush) and you don’t get the nail polish all over the place.

As for the shade – 11 Style in Rouge is a gorgeous bright warm red. Perfect shade to brighten up dull weather & mood. Although I like cool toned or classic reds, this one is

Riva by Chanel. Is It a New Nail Polish Sensation?

Do you remember this look from Chanel Cruise collection? Today French Vogue posted about this pretty pastel blue shade.

Is it a new must have nail polish from Chanel? Are you ready for the details?

Nails Of The Day: A England Bridal Veil

I have got two A England nail polishes ages ago and have already written about Perceval here so I am not sure what took me so long to write about Bridal Veil.

It is probably the most beautiful nail polish that I own. It is a holographic black which is so gorgeous that it’s insane.

I would really recommend wearing it in the sunny weather as you can see all the multi-shimmer and the holographic rainbow.  Seriously,  I turn into my three-year-old-cousin and start showing my nails to almost everyone, not to mention that I can’t stop staring myself.

As for the formula,  it is

Fall Trend: Green Nail Polish

Looks like green nail polish is a big trend this Fall! Here are just some green nail polishes that I’ve chosen. I love Illamasqua Viridian (peacock green with metallic finish) and butter LONDON British Racing Green (dark, “hunter green” ) the best (which is obvious if you know me)!

Nail polishes in order they are shown:

  1. NARS Zulu
  2. butter LONDON British Racing Green
  3. MAC

Nails of the Day: Yves Rocher Nail Polish in Taupe

I’ve got this Yves Rocher nail polish as a present from the lovely Magi from Magimania. It’s a mini size which is 3 ml, which is absolutely cute.

I think it’s a fantastic idea to produce mini nail polishes (or is it a sample?) because this way you can get a lot of  nail polishes from  the brand you like without being broke. And did I mention that it is totally cute?

I’ve never finished a bottle of a nail polish but this one looks like the one that I can actually finish plus it it is very travel friendly.

Ok, you’ve got that I really like this idea. But what about this nail polish in particular? Wanna see how it looks like on the nails?
