I’ve wanted to try EOS products for a long time but for some reason never got around getting anything but this month I have finally purchased their hand lotion which I’ve shared on my Instagram to carry around with me.
Funnily enough, right after that, one of my best friends (she is not even into beauty) gave me a book she thought I’d love and an EOS lip balm which was a very cool surprise. Now, that I have both, I am ready to share my thoughts.
As for the hand lotion, the one I have is Berry Blossom but you can also get Cucumber (green) and Fresh Flowers (blue). The first thing that you notice is how comfortable the shape of the tube is, it fits the hand perfectly, what a great design. It is also a perfect size to carry around with you in the handbag, as it is only 44 ml.
The formula, it is awesome, too. Although I personally love heavier textures, this lotion is light and non-greasy but still moisturizing, I use it several times per day, and it keeps my hands soft and smooth, and smells great. I will be definitely buying the other two options later.
As for the lip balm, the one I have is Vanilla Bean, and it smells (and tastes, ahem) incredible. Just like the hand cream, it doesn’t feel greasy or heavy but helps to maintain the lips in a perfect condition. And of course, you get the cutest design. The lip balm is 95% organic and 100% natural. Just like with the hand lotion,I will be getting other ones when I run out of this.
Vanilla Bean Smooth Sphere ingredients: Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil*, Beeswax/Cera Alba (Cire D’Abeille)*, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil*, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil*, Natural Flavor (Aroma), Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter*, Vanilla Planifolia Fruit Extract*, Tocopherol, Stevia Rebaudiana Leaf/Stem Extract*, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil*. *Organic
Now I do get what the hype is all about, EOS truly deserve all the raves, I am a convert now, too. Next on the “To Try” list – their body lotion.
