How Much Does Your Makeup Cost? Let’s Count Together.
I remember some time ago I had an idea of counting how much was worth the makeup that I was wearing. And last week, after I saw such post on one of the blog that I like, I though about doing the same thing.
So here is the makeup that I wore on Friday.
Firts of all I’ve used a Mineral Primer by BECCA, £34 (my review here). Then I’ve mixed two foundations – Bourjois 10 Hour Sleep Effect in 71 Abricote Clair,£9.5 with Max Factor Xperience Foundation in 85 Deep Soapstone, £10
I’ve used Chanel Bronze Universel (£26 or £28 I can’t remember) to countorand to add some colour to my face, highlighted with BECCA’s Shimmering Skin Perfector in Pearl, £33 (review here) and added some BECCA’s Beach Tint in Grapefruit, £19 (review here).
I’ve started with my eye brows and I’ve used Korres Eyebrow pencil in 2, £8 (review here) . Then I’ve used the Daniel Sandler Long Lasting Waterproof Eyeliner in Black Velvet, £10 just at the roots of the lashes for some definition. After that I’ve applied Dolce and Gabbana The Eyeshadow in 130 Stromboli, £36.5
To highlight I’ve used Rouge Bunny Rouge Brightening Liner Duo, £22.50 under the brows. Then I’ve applied Calligraphy Liquid Eye Liner by Hourglass, £22 (review here) and finished with BECCA’s The Ultimate Mascara, £18.
Gorgeous orange BECCA Lip Tint in Frappe, £18. This is such a beautiful colour for summer. You can see the lip swatch here.
So the total value of the makeup that is used = £266.5
Please notice that I am not using any conleacer, powder, lip liner and lipstick. Plus add the price of the eye lash curlers and the brushes.
I have to say that was an interesting post to write and I hope you’ve enjoyed it, too.
