Let’s take a look at another Fall 2011 makeup collection. This time it’s by Lancome and it is called 29, St.Honoré in honour of the Lancome’s boutique which is situated there.
I have to say that I like the red lips and nails and the cat eyes, such a classy makeup.
This collection was created by Aaron de May and he was obviously inspired by Paris and Lancome’s boutique.
The star product of the collection is definitely a blush called Maison Lancome with pink and gold shades decorated with Eiffel’s Tower and a Lancome’s logo.
Three red lipsticks in Rouge 29, Rouge Saint-Honore and Rouge Faubourg.
The eye shadows in 02 Blondette Fatale look very wearable and pretty.
There are also two nail varnishes: the red one called 22 Rouge Saint-Honore and the black one called 23 Noir 29.
Plus a black Artliner which is not a new product.

I was reading the London Makeup Girl the other day and this post really caught my attention. It is a review about the Armani eye shadow, but my the middle colour immediately caught my attention. When I saw the name of it which was High Voltage Cosmetics Loose Pigment in Freyr which was a part of the Norse Mythology collection, I had to visit the brand’s website straight away.
To tell the truth, I’ve never heard of this brand before, but it is because I am not an expert in the niche brands like this one. But it looks like I am missing out a lot. I think I should really find out more about High Voltage Cosmetics and similar brands in the future.
And do I need to tell you how happy I was to find out that they had the whole collection dedicated to the Norse Mythology? Yes, I know that those are only names (and all of them are familiar to me) but I am still very excited.
You can check out the gorgeous Norse Mythology collection here. Each eye shadows is $6 and the sample is only

I am a big fan of Bourjois Smokey Eye Pencils and I have at least a half of them now and I also like the other pencils from the brand and I’ve tried almost all of them. I like them all for different reason.
I already wrote about their Duochrome Eyeliners which I wanted to get as soon as I first saw the promo photo and I did eventually.
But I was shopping the other day and this Gris Perle shade caught my attention as the colour looks very beautiful.
Although I do love the colour, unfortunately, I don’t like this pencil as much as my other Bourjois pencils. It is not so
