Elemis Tranquil Touch Body Polish Review and Photos

So here is finally the review of the Elemis‘  Tranquil Touch Body Polish (150ml for £20) which I recently got as a small summer treat for myself  and which I’ve already mentioned here.

Elemis have three body exfoliators: Exotic Lime and Ginger Salt Glow which I adore and reviewed here, Tranquil Touch Body Polish and Devil’s Mint Body Scrub which I will be definitely getting in the future to try.

Just as I thought, this body polish is absolutely amazing.  I love the beautiful package, the design and the

Elemis Starlight Collection

I am always happy to find out news about Elemis as I really love their products. So I was definitely happy to find out about their new sets which will be out in September.

There are so many of them, as you can see from the photo, that I will only write about those that I would like for myself.

I am a huge fan of their Exotic Line products but since I’ve tried almost all of them by now, I want to try the products from the Body Soothing collection.

First of all I LOVE this set called Stars of Spa as I adore the Skin Nourishing Milk  Bath and the other three products are definitely something that I would like to try.

Nails Of The Day: GOSH 549 Holographic Nail Polish

I’ve been meaning to get this GOSH nail polish for quite a long time but  it was sold out all the time. Finally it is mine, I’ve got the last bottle by the way.

I never had a holographic nail polish before so I was mesmerized by this one and instead of working I was staring at my nails most of the time.

Isn’t it beautiful?

But my problem was that by the mid of the day my nail polish did not look as nice as it was supposed to look. Later I read on the bottle that due to a special formula  one should wear a 565 Fix Base Coat. Yes, I was so excited to try this nail polish that haven’t noticed that before.

I am a bit surprised that one should use a special base coat not a top coat, but I am not a nail polish expert.  Next time I will definitely try the proper application. I had to remove my nail polish on the other day because it looked to bad.

I am not sure if all holographic nail polishes are like this or only this one though. I don’t like the staying power but I really like the effect.

I’ve been

Nail Polish Trend: Magnetic Nail Polish

I am actually happy that these days we don’t see that many crackle nail polishes any more. I can’t say that I liked the trend and would probably wear very few colours (I wouldn’t mind a gold crackle).

But do you know what happens when one trend is gone? The other one appears! Looks like the new trend in nail polishes = magnetic nail polishes.

Here is just an example from LCN.

Make Up For Ever Eye Shadows Review, Photos and Swatches

I have  got these eye shadows last May so I am not sure why I am writing about them only now. But it is better late then never.  Rejoice lovers of bright summer makeup looks as this post is for you!

I have picked my shadows at US Sephora for $19 each (they cost £14.95 in the UK).

The shades that I have chosen are:

  • Yellow 2 (matte brilliant yellow)
  • Orange Coral Matte 5 (matte vibrant coral)
  • Apple Green 91 (matte bright yellow green)

And I would love  even more shades for e.g  Neon Pink 75 (bright fuchsia pink), Turquoise Matte 72 (matte vibrant turquoise), Matte Blue 159, Purple 92 (matte brilliant purple) and many, many more.

I know that  a lot of people are scared of such colours but there is no reason to be!  I find that if the rest of your face is natural you can easily pull off any of the shades that I have. I love encouraging  my friends to try bold colours and I would love to encourage my readers as well! After all, it is just makeup and you can always take it off!

This is how the eye shadows look like in the pans.

So now I will tell you about each shade in more details and will
