Lady Dior Palette. And Your Chance to Meet Dior’s Pro Team

I really like this new Dior’s  Lady Dior  Palette which is inspired by the famous Lady Dior bag.  Not only it is inspired by the bag itself but also by the history behind it. As you may know, one of the reasons why this bag became famous was  because of the Lady Diana, who got her bag from Mrs Chirac  in 1995.

You can get yours from 15th July exclusively at Selfrigdes for £61.50. This is a limited edition.

NYX Cream Blush in Hot Pink Review, Photos and Swatches

It’s not a secret that I love luxury cream (liquid and gel, too) blushes so for me it’s a great investment. But  some of the readers asked me to review several  affordable blushes.

I’ve already reviewed Max Factor and Maybelline blushes so now it’s time for NYX. I have to say that I’ve got this blush specially for the review.
The shade that I have is called Hot Pink and let me tell you, it is really hot! The colour is very bright and extremely pigmented so if you have a light skin tone  – be very careful with the application. You will need the tiniest amount of this product.

The price in the UK is £9.95 but in the Sates it’s much cheaper and retails for $6.50 only. You get a pretty big blush for your money, here is just the comparison with Max Factor’s one.

It is easy to use this blush, the texture is nice and I like the way it blends; you can get a natural finish if you blend it well. This particular shade looks great on

Hair Care. What is On Your Wish List?

I would love to have long, thick and shiny hair… And although I could never have all of that, a girl can dream, right?

Now I am trying to make my hair grow and  after reading quite a few articles about that I’ve made some conclusions and I’ve written down some tips.

But today I want to ask you to share your opinion. Do you use anything to make your hair grow faster?  Maybe you can share your favourite products to make your hair look shiny and glossy?

By the way, I’ve been trying different hair dies ever since my teenage years but I haven’t been colouring my hair for almost a year now.  Luckily, my natural hair and my last hair dye are not that different ;).  Now it’s obviously healthier but can’t say that I am very happy with the results… And do you colour your hair or don’t?

What is on your hair care wish list? You can see the products that are on mine above. I wish these were the only products that I want though.

Illamasqua Powdered Metal in Erzule and Kabuki Body Brush Review, Photos and Swatches

Today I want to tell you about the products that would work perfectly for summer. And these are actually from the Illamasqua SS 2010 collection called Body Electrics.

I’ve already mentioned these products but never wrote a detailed review so here we go…

The first products is the Powdered Metal in Erzule, deep bronze shimmer. There are four Powdered Metals available and I’ve got the darkest shade but you can also get: Bebhionn (soft pink shimmer), Thalia (golden tan shimmer) and Ether (pale gold shimmer).

You can actually use these in so many ways: as a face powder, body powder, eye shadows; you can also mix it with other products you have.

I personally love using it on my body and as an eye shadows.

It is a very dark colour compared to my body so I have to blend it  very well, but once I do, it looks gorgeous! I personally like using some body oil , wait until it absorbs into the skin and then use a very thin layer of this powder very well blended. I find that it stays on the moisturized skin much better. You can probably try mixing some powder with body lotion but I haven’t tried it myself.

The great thing is that it doesn’t  wipe off your clothes when you are wearing something with the long sleeves, it stays on very well and gives a beautiful sheen.

I would recommend Erzule after some fake tan or if your skin is not so pale as it would look more natural but if you do use it on the fair skin, again, make sure that you blend it very well.

The great news is that now you can get your Powdered Metal with a great discount! Now it retails for £15.75 and the original price is £22.50 at Illamasqua.

To make sure that
