Tag: best lip liner
It is that time of the month when we are talking about favourites, again. Can you believe that it is the last month of the year now? Speaking of December, I will be extremely busy so probably there will be a lack of posts, although there are tonnes of products I want to share about with you, but I will try to keep you updated on Instagram.
And here is the list of products I have been loving in November.
theBalm the Manizer Sisters palette
I’ve had this palette on my wish list ever since I’ve found out about it and finally got in November, and it is all kinds of dreamy, soft buttery textures that creates glow and luminosity, your “winter’s skin” best friend in a pan. I will write a detailed review this week, so stay tuned.
Rouge Bunny Rouge Kiss Elixir Lip Balm (review)
This lip balm is one of my favourites because it just works, nice formula, feels lovely on the lips, and it heals the cracked skin or prevents it from happening. This is my second tube. I squeeze out some on my finger, and also apply what is left on my cuticles.
Rimmel Exaggerate Lip Liners, one in East End Snob
Yes, I did get this lip liner to see why everyone loves it so much. I love Rimmel lip products anyway so this felt like a nice addition to my makeup bag. East End Snob works great for making your lips look fuller in a non-obnoxious way, there is not need to overdraw them like there is no tomorrow.
Clarins Eyebrow Pencil in 02 Light Brown
Considering that I have been using this eye brow product exclusively on my brows for the last several months I am surprised that I’ve never mentioned it. I like the texture which is not too soft so you get control over the application but at the same time it is not harsh; the bets formula. The spoolie on the other end is very helpful, too.
Vichy Aqualia Thermal Rich (for dry skin) and Elemental Herbology Vital Glow Overnight Resurfacing Creams.
Here is, as promised, the second part of my Favourite Beauty Products of 2014 features.
This time it’s all about the eyes & lips. Enjoy, and don’t forget to share yours.
Eye Shadows Platte – theBalm Shady Lady Vol 2 (review)
I have re-discovered this beauty in summer, and this was the palette I travelled with most of the times, amazing formulas, great colour selection, thin packaging and great mirror – what else do you need? theBalm eye shadows are among the best.
Mascara – Clarins Be Long (review)
I’ve managed to get lush looking lashes with Be Long, it separates perfectly, is never clumpy, and gives a nice , rather dramatic effect, if you use several coats. The brush, for me, is mess-free. I have recommended it to several friends, and they loved it, too.
Cream Eye Shadow – Max Factor Excess Shimmer Eye Shadows (review)
Definitely one of the coolest eye shadows I’ve discovered in ages. Mousse-like texture that allows you to get a sheer hint of shimmer, or layer it on for a more intense look. It is stunning both ways!
Eye Shadows – Rouge Bunny Rouge Eye Shadow in Solstice Halcyon (review)
It was quite a long time since I did my Current Top 5 Affordable Makeup Products, back in March to be precise. So, I think, it’s time for an updated version.
L’Oréal Paris Color Riche Extraordinaire in 100 Mezzo Pink (review and lip swatches)
I am sure that it’s not a surprise that I’ve included this lip product, it is now my handbag staple, gorgeous baby pink everyday colour, beautiful moisturizing and long-lasting formula. Nice applicator and delicious scent. I highly recommend.
Ok, I know this is cheating because I have two shades but I love them both equally. Dark red 08 and dusky rose 80, they glide-on like a dream, despite the matte long -lasting formula. Can be used on their own all over the lips, or to cheat a fuller lip, with lipstick or gloss on top.
Inglot Eye Shadows AMC Shine 37 (review and swatches)
