My favourite red lipstick at the moment? Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet Lipstick in 01 Personne Ne Rouge.
It has a pretty cool design, and the applicator makes it easy to use the product and, I find, that is goes on smoothly and evenly.
The formula is great. It feels light and non-greasy on the lips. You can apply one layer for a lightly-stained effect or several – for an intense colour pay-off. It takes some time to set but when it is set – it has that nice matte finish which is not flat of lifeless, like some matte.
I also like the fact that even
Remember this photo with the most gorgeous plummy shades? I’ve decided to write about the lip product in more details, as it is truly wonderful.
And it is Bourjois Color Boost Glossy Finish Lipstick in 06 Plum Russian and I have been wearing it a lot!
On the photo above it is actually used rather lightly but you can easily build up the shade and make it more intense which is perfect for the Winter season.
I like the fact that the formula is glossy and it feels light and moisturizing on the lips, even when I have some dry patches, they are not horribly enhanced, as with some lip products.
Here is how it looks like swatched on the skin. Glossy Finish is a
While I am waiting for these beautiful summery shades which will be added to the So Laque collection this summer I’ve decided to get myself a shade from the already existing range.
I have to say that there are several really pretty shades but I just had to get the No29 Dangereusement Rouge. This colour is just perfect for me, absolutely love it!
So what about my impression?
As I already said, I absolutely love the colour and I also like how shiny it looks like. The formula is nice and it goes on smoothly. And although it is not the most long-lasting nail polish I’ve tried, it looked perfect for three days and on the fourth it was also nice looking.
The brush is long and quite wide.
I am a big fan of Bourjois Smokey Eye Pencils and I have at least a half of them now and I also like the other pencils from the brand and I’ve tried almost all of them. I like them all for different reason.
I already wrote about their Duochrome Eyeliners which I wanted to get as soon as I first saw the promo photo and I did eventually.
But I was shopping the other day and this Gris Perle shade caught my attention as the colour looks very beautiful.
Although I do love the colour, unfortunately, I don’t like this pencil as much as my other Bourjois pencils. It is not so
After reading so many raves about the Healthy Mix foundation I’ve decided to get it myself. And you know what?
I have to agree with those who are impressed with this product.
It comes in a pretty packaging with a pump which make the application easy and hygienic.
The first thing that you notice is the amazing fruity smell as this foundation includes: apricot for radiance, melon for hydration, apple for antioxidant, ginger for energy. But don’t worry, it disappears pretty soon, although I personally wish it would stay for a longer time.
What about the finish and the coverage?
It gives a medium coverage and semi-matte finish. I really like the coverage but I wish the finish was a bit more dewy although you can always mix it with the primer which gives a dewy finish, something like Satin Primer by Illamasqua which I love.
