I was sent several bagsy products, and I have already reviewed the lipsticks they have in the line, and today I want to tell you about the blush, which is probably my favourite item from those that I’ve tried.
And here is why…
It comes in the cutest packaging, and with an inspirational quote inside. The product itself is very easy to use thanks for the domed shape which can be applied even on the go, and be blended out with fingers.
As for the texture, it is soft and velvety, I’d say it is cream-to-powder, the kind of formula most people prefer. It is not too creamy but, at the
This summer Bourjois released a really amazing collection but it’s the Aqua Blushes that really caught my attention, especially considering how popular were the brand’s cream blushers.
These have a fluid gel texture and are promised to add radiance to the complexion. They should also blend in and look incredible natural. I personally like the cool, colour-matching design with a hygienic pump.
The shades are:
No matter how many (cream) blushers I have, a new one never fails to excite me. That is unlike some other makeup products, sometimes enough is enough.
So here are the newest offerings from Boujois, Estee Lauder and Chanel.
Let’s take a look!
Boujois Cream Blushes
First of all, here are the long-anticipated cream blushers from Boujoius which will be available exactly in a month. The texture is promised to be light, velvet and easy to blend. The formula will be cream-to-powder.
Available from Selfridges from 8th May and from Boots, Superdrug and Asos from 15th May.
Estee Lauder Cello Shots Cheek Stains
Estee Lauder are bringing out a Cello collection with lip glosses, lipsticks and cheek stains. The stains, shown below, will be available in
I’ve been thinking about this new feature something like “My Top Beauty Products From My Favourite Brands” for some time now and I thought five would be a good number…
I’d like to start with Illamasqua, as it is one of my favourite beauty brands, as you may know. And that is for many reasons that I have previously explained.
I won’t lie, it was very hard to pick up only five products as I own a lot of Illamasqua. But, after a lot of consideration, here they are!
Cream Blusher in Rude
This is the first product from the brand that I have tried and I still love it, the formula and the colour are great, I also really like the design. To read a full review and see it applied, click here.
Pure Pigment in Berber
Of course, this one had to be included, Berber is a stunning auburn shade with shimmer, it looks gorgeous on the eyes and is actually more wearable than you may think. See it also here.
Nail Varnish in Viridian
This nail varnish is my top three nail polishes that I own, it’s a perfect dark green/blue, spot
Here is round-up of the gorgeous Benefit Cosmetics’ tints. I am a huge fan and I really enjoy using them on myself and others.
All three provide a long-lasting staying power and natural looking effect, which I love, of course. I don’t really use these on the lips but do love them as blushes, a lot.
Posietint and ChaCha Tint have a gel-like formula and finish and Benetint has a watery finish. The trick with all three is to work quickly until it is set, as you won’t be able to blend it otherwise.
