Makeu4all Recommends: Rouge Bunny Rouge Blush Wand FLOWERS & PORTRAITS

I’ve posted about the 2-in-1 cheek and lip products, and about Rouge Bunny Rouge sending me all the shades of their new gorgeous Blush Wands FLOWERS & PORTRAITS (which were already featured in my summer favourites) on my Insta a while ago. So here is finally a review with swatches.

I am a big fan of the brand anyway but this launch was something else, I literally love everything about it. First of all, the RBR play it classy and name their products after the great artists ( I am the biggest fan of Vrubel and Klimt btw), which, as a person who has a degree in culture and arts, I really appreciate.

Also, they stay true to themselves and release that chic decadent packaging with a big attention to the detail. The fact that the outer packaging was red this time made me  very happy indeed.  In my opinion, when it comes to luxury beauty, every little detail counts, and RBR are well aware of it.

Bagsy Pretty Cheeks Velvet Blush 02 Velvet Coral Review and Face Swatches

I was sent several bagsy products, and I have already reviewed the lipsticks they have in the line, and today I want to tell you about the blush, which is probably my favourite item from those that I’ve tried.

And here is why…

It comes in the cutest packaging, and with an inspirational quote inside. The product itself is very easy to use thanks for the domed shape which can be applied even on the go, and be blended out with fingers.

As for the texture, it is soft  and velvety, I’d say it is cream-to-powder, the kind of formula most people prefer. It is not too creamy but, at the

Clarins Multi-Blush Cream Blush Review and Swatches

Since today we are talking about the new blushes for Spring 2014, it’s a perfect time to review  the brand new Clarins Multi-Blush Cream Blushes.

These are available in four shades and I have two to show you –  02 Candy and 03 Grenadine (The other two shades are 01 Peach and 04 Rosewood).

They come in a signature Clarins packaging and look sleek and chic. Here is a close up of the shades.

The formula of these blushes, as promised, is light and  applies smoothly. As for the texture, it is not very creamy, definitely not oily or greasy, but I wouldn’t call  it cream-to-powder, I’d say they have a velvety finish, so girls with normal and oily skin should like them ( the blushes), too.

Multi-Blush are pretty fool-proof, as you get a very subtle hint of colour, so it’s hard to apply too much. Even if you

Favourite Plum Blush Combination for Winter

Regular readers know that I love my blushes… And I would like to show you my favourite blush combination that I have been wearing non-stop recently.  I adore my Amaryllis, but sometimes I just want something different.

Favourite Blush Combination Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush Artdeco Cream Rouge For Cheeks and LipsThis is when my berry/plummy/mauve blushes get some love. I am a fan of such shades for AW, as they look nice with my light skin and dark eyes and hair, they instantly brighten up the complexion and look nice with cool toned pinks and plums that I often wear on my lips.

I really like ArtDeco Cream Rouge For Cheeks and Lips in 17 Creamy Mauve (review), it is such a gorgeous shade but

ArtDeco Cream Rouge For Cheeks and Lips in 17 Creamy Mauve Review and Swatches

Remember my post about ArtDeco Cream Rouge For Cheeks and Lips?

I did pick up one shade – 17 Creamy Mauve. They all were pretty actually but the mauve one was right up my street.

It comes in a beautiful and chic black compact with the packaging which  matches the shade of the blush.

The product  has a  sheer and dewy finish, and is easy to blend into the skin, and you get a beautiful and natural effect.  It gives a subtle wash of colour which can be build up for a more intense effect.

I like this modern kind of texture, since I am not exactly the biggest fan of cream-to-powder blushers on my dry skin. However, this may not be the best formula for oily skin. You can
