I think, you’ve probably noticed that these days I am trying to tell you about some beauty products that I enjoy using in winter. So today I want to tell you about the foot creams that impressed me the most. I am also going to tell you which foot cream my lovely Grandma (70) rates!
First of all I have to let you know that my feet are very dry and always seem to be in a bad condition. I am not even sure about the reason of this but I must keep them moisturized all the time!
The L’Occitane one contains shea butter, lavender essential oil and arnica extract, which makes the skin softer and it works great for tired feet! The cream is rich but not greasy; it smells really nice, too.
The Elemis one is my favourite out of these two. It is a part of
A lot of people have asked me for some body creams reviews as I have very dry skin. So this is why I will be writting about some body creams/balms/lotions that I love in the following few weeks.
We will start with Elemis Pro-Collagen Body Cream.
It is one of the most expensive creams (£49.00/$90 for 200 ml at Timetospa) I have used so I was expecting a lot from it. And it does stand up to what is promised!
So what is promised?
‘Designed with lattice technology to help restore surface cell cohesion, promote intercellular communication and reinforce skin’s natural moisturisation factor. Helps to smooth out crepey skin texture, deeply hydrates, improves skin contours. The result is a beautifully smooth, luminous and firmer looking body.’
Key ingredients: Pro-Collagen
I was given this Elemis Quiet Mind Temple Balm 15ml ( £14) the other day to try. And let me tell you, I absolutely love it! It is a part of Elemis [email protected] range.
It is a soothing temple balm which contains essential oils which help you to relax and, as Elemis says, “promote harmony and tranquility”. You simply need to massage this balm into back of the neck, ear lobes and temples and breath deeply.
I have a similar product by Origins and, as you can tell, am a huge fan of temple balms. I find them very relaxing and cooling. I also like the purse-friendly size which means that you can take it pretty much everywhere with you.
The key ingredients are: Centella Asiatica, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, Ho Wood, Lemon, Organic Indian Menthol and Patchouli.
I use this balm almost every night and would love to purchase more products from the line in the future.
Elemis have three body exfoliators: Exotic Lime and Ginger Salt Glow which I adore and reviewed here, Tranquil Touch Body Polish and Devil’s Mint Body Scrub which I will be definitely getting in the future to try.
Just as I thought, this body polish is absolutely amazing. I love the beautiful package, the design and the
Last week I reviewed the new Elemis Tranquil Touch Bath Elixir from their Exotic Body line and promised to review the other product from the Body Awaken line.
I’ve actually ordered Elemis’ new body scrub last week. Was torn apart between the mint body scrub and the exotic body scrub. Mint one would be more suitable for summer but I’ve got the Exotic one. Can’t wait till I get it.
But back to the product that I’ve got to try from the Awaken Body range. To tell the truth, I don’t think that I would get anything from that range myself as Exotic or Soothing lines attract me much more. So this is great that I have something different to tell you about.
So, I’ve got a Revitalise-Me Shower Gel 200ml( £16) to try. I assume this would be an amazing product to use in the morning to help yourself to wake up but I don’t have time and don’t like taking shower in the mornings most of the time. But I did take a shower several times in the morning to try out this shower gel!
The first thing that you notice is the pretty
