Clarins Colour Accents Face & Blush Palette is a limited edition product from their Autumn collection.
The pattern includes four colours which you can use separately or swirl together.
I have to say that it is very hard to use the pink colour itself unless you use a very small (eye shadow) brush for a very precise application. But when it’s used mixed with other shades, it adds some freshness to the colour you get.
I personally use this palette as I would use my blush, bronzer or contouring powder, depending on what look I am going for.
It’s nice that Accents Face & Blush palette is not very dark or orange, it would look nice even on fair complexions if you use it lightly, of course.

I have been wearing this mascara for around three weeks almost every week. And I am glad that I did not post my review earlier because I have changed my opinion about it from liking to loving a lot.
To tell the truth, it’s because I was expecting a mascara that would really make my lashes look purple… And it did not. But first of all, it is called intense plum, not bright lilac, so it was not supposed to be a bright lilac, as I was picturing it (I actually used to have such mascara in the past, so maybe this why I had such expectations).
Although the colour hardly showed on my lashes, it just did not look as intense as black and it was hard to say that it was purple, I kept wearing it. And I am happy that I did. You’ll find out why soon 😉
I love the brush a lot as it allows you to use it even on the shortest lashes which is great. And I also love the general effect of Instant Definition mascara: it is not very dramatic but not barely there ‘natural’ effect which I hate, it is just on-spot for an every day look. I don’t get a false lash effect but enough length and volume for me to like it and keep in my makeup bag, which is saying a lot, as I have so many mascaras. It does not smudge or
I received several Clarins products from their Autumn collection this month so I think it’s time to start sharing my opinion.
I will start with the 3-dot liner of course, as it is the most exciting product.
To tell the truth, at first I did not get along with this liner as I couldn’t figure out the best way (angle, pressure etc) to use it. But ever since I have figured out I fell in love. This is a genius Japanese (of course!) idea.
It make take you some time before you figure out how you want to use it and what effect you want to achieve but once you do – it doesn’t take a lot of time and you can get impressive results.
You can just put dots between the lashes for a fuller effect without using a brush and gel liner or putting the dots with an eye pencil. It is so much faster as you get 3 dots with one move.
Moreover, you can draw a regular line, should you wish to. You can achieve both thin or thick line.
I did not use this liner on anyone yet but I have asked
