I am a huge fan of Emily Blunt, [I’ve watched the latest Mary Poppins just because of her], and actually posted a few of her makeup breakdowns in the past so am happy to share about her latest look from the SAG awards.
Here is a breakdown of the look which was posted by her make-up artist Jenn Streicher who used all Dior products on Emily.
I love the glowing skin, minimum eye makeup, and a bright pink lip which is matching her dress and nails. She looks glowing!

I was really in love with this look of Emilia Clarke on the cover of Marie Claire UK July 2015 when I saw it. Emilia is such a gorgeous girl that she is stunning both without any products on, or with most looks she wears. But this particular look is simply perfection.
This is why I was really excited to see that Monika Blunder
Rouge Bunny Rouge created Khazaria look for Spring 2013 and for the new season the brand shares the beautiful look, inspired by Atlantis.
It is a nude, healthy, glowing look which perfectly catches the beauty of the lost civilization and will never be out of date. And I love how poetically RBR describe it:
“The look is ethereal and pure, inspired by the legendary isle that is brimming with magnificent palaces and temples, and was the domain of an ideal society. Within one fateful day and night the realm was devoured by the ocean’s gargantuan embrace, leaving only whispers of a glorious existence.”
I always love to know what was the inspiration behind the look, and, in my opinion, the brand did great capturing that essence of Atlantis. You can see that especially well in the video.

This is why I was extremely happy to recieve this information the other day!
I just have to share it with you:
Patricia Regan, the head make-up artist for PAN AM, worked closely with Chad and Scott, owners of 3 Custom Color, to create a working palette for the show inspired by the 1960′s stewardesses handbook that, amongst other things, required the gals to ‘Wear a defined eye and coral lips and cheeks’.
“My inspiration comes from extensive photographs of 1963—fashion, documentary, and people, as well as Pan Am history,” says Regan. “I try to combine the style of the past and with the tools of the present to give a fresh new look!” Here’s how she achieved it.
1) Apply a matte-finish foundation, plus I love to use the 3 Custom Clarifying pencil on the inside step to really brighten eyes.

I already wrote a post about Mad Men and MAC products that were used to create those amazing looks fro Betty, Joan and Peggy. But it turns out that NARS also worked with the Mad Men actresses and here is the official information from the make-up artist Lana who worked with January and Christina.
Betty Draper (January Jones):
“January’s character, Betty, wears NARS Madrague Duo Eyeshadow in almost every scene when she is at home. “It’s a staple,” explains Lana, “but when she goes out, we spice it up with color.”To add emphasis to her eyes, Lana adds NARS Heart Of Glass Eyeshadow.
For her lips, she uses NARS Calliope Velvet Matte Lip Pencil and NARS Belle de Jour Velvet Matte Lip Pencil.“I also love Barbarella Lipstick on January because it’s perfect for her every day look.”
For blush, NARS Penny Lane Cream Blush, NARS Gueule de Nuit Cream Blush, and NARS Gilda Powder Blush, work perfectly!
