I was happy that a lot of readers liked the idea of vintage and onld ads so today I want to share some of my favourite makeup ads.  But they are not vintage, this time but most of them were made within the last 10 years! So here are mine and I would really love to see yours!

I have a lot of ads that I like from the old magazines (I threw the magazines away just kept some photos that inspire me!)

This Guerlain KissKiss ad with Doutzen Kroes was in all the magazines only several years ago and I remember how much I used to love it and how much I used to want this KissKiss lipstick and the gloss(there was one similar for the gloss). Probably my fave Guerlain promo, so much better than Vodianova.

Of course I had to include this one with Monica for Dior. It’s quite simple but I absolutely love it!

One more ad with red lipstick which I really liked and which was also polular several years ago is this one with Liv Tyler. Can’t say that it’s my fave now, but I remember how much I used to like it!

So it’s time for August favourites! This month I got a lot of new products and here are those that I loved the most.

1 and 2 – Illamasqua’s Precision Inks in Abyss (deepest black) and Alchemy (antique gold). It’s easy to use them, the colours are rich and pigmented and they stay on forever. You can read the detailed review and see the swatches here.

3.Guerlain KissKiss Gloss in Crystal Pearl 800, shimmering iridescent pink.

I’ve been using this gloss all the time and got a lot of compliments and so many people asked me about the colour.  Pale sparkly pinks are my favourite lip glosses so no wonder that I like this one so much. The formula is quite thick and moisturizing. Keep in mind that it’s a scented gloss. Crystal Pearl is beyond gorgeous and it reminds me of my favourite gloss of all times – Mica by Chanel. 4. Rouge Bunny Rouge Decadent Duos Joys and Desires in Rumba Cubana.

This is a nice product which is a liquid blush and a lip gloss. I love multi-purpose travel friendly products and this is one of them. The lip gloss is lovely but the blush is just amazing, I am totally in love. The formula is not heavy at all and it’s easy to
