So today I want to show you my two newest loves, both were gifts from my friends which is very sweet of them. One was brought to me from Canada, and the other one from the USA.
I used this one mostly during the winter, as it is very nourishing and quite thick formula-wise (check out all the butters and oils in the ingredients list). I honestly think this is one of the
Regular readers know that I am a hand cream fanatic, and I have written so many features on the ones I like during these seven years. The latest post was on Aveeno and Neal’s Yard Remedies, along with cheaper alternatives from Nivea and Garnier. Here is also a selection of my top 5 hand creams (which probably should be revisited).
And here are my latest discoveries…
& Other Stories Couture Carnival Hand Lotion
I am so in love with this lotion that I have bought two bottles! The beautiful minimalistic Scandinavian design, the convenient pump, the light and non-greasy but, at the same time, moisturizing texture. And the smell. Oh, the smell of it!
I mean, you can’t go wrong with with something described as “rainbow
Regular readers know that I am a hand cream addict. And I’ve been wanting to try Yes! Nurse Protect Your Lovely Hands Intensive Moisturising Hand Cream for a while, since I’ve heard quite a few great things about it.
First of all, I just have to mention the most amazing packing it comes in, what a cute and fun design and idea. Plus I do like the tube itself, too. Although it is 50 ml, it is sleek and not bulky which makes is very helpful when you, like myself, like to carry your hand cream with you everywhere.
I also like the story behind this cream. It was supposedly developed for a paediatric nurse who wanted to use it at work. Hence
I love hand creams. A Lot. I must have them everywhere: in my bag, on my desk at work, numerous tubes at home, you name it!
When I run out of the cream that was in my handbag at that time I just threw in the Herbacin Wuta Kamille Hand Cream courtesy of my gorgeous girl Farrah.
First of all, I like the cheerful design with a camomile and the tin.
I also like how this cream feels on the hands, very smooth and it does not sink in the skin immediately. It feels like a film or glove. Some people may not like it but I personally do, as my hands are very dry and
I am a huge fan of Elemis Pro-Radiance Body Cream so I was having huge expectations for this hand cream.
I have been using it for several weeks already so am finally ready to tell my opinion.
It has a smooth and luxurious but not greasy texture which absorbs pretty fast without leaving an oily residue and makes the hands feel nourished and moisturized. I find that the feeling lasts for a long time and my hands and nails definitely started looking and feeling better after I’ve been using it. It totally saved my hands in the cold winter months and improved the condition of hands and nails in general.
It is expensive: £24 for 100 ml from Feel Unique but I will definitely purchase it once this tube which I’ve got from Elemis runs out.
