Imagine if you had to pick only one makeup product you could use before going out (doesn’t really matter where). What would you chose and why?
I know that most people would answer concealer and a lot of would choose mascara.
But, as for myself, the choice would be obvious – dark brown eye pencil.

Why?
As long as my eyes are defined, everything else is fine. Well, almost… But smudged dark brown eye pencil is a must have for me.
I have picked my

I was catching up on some blogs I follow and loved reading “The Best of 2012″ features, I should definitely post it myself. But in the meanwhile, here are the makeup products I had with me, and some of them are my all time favourites actually.
Face

Omorovicza Complexion Perfector BB SPF 20 which I took in a small pot helped my skin to look flawless, I’ve also had my trusted Touche Eclat by YSL with me, as well, as Jouer’s Age Repairing Concealer in 3 Cameo.
BECCA’s Cream Blush in Amaryllis is my all time favourite, so I had to have it to bring the “life” to my face. Benefit’s High Beam in mini size also helped a lot.
Sienna X’s Cream To Powder Bronzer & Illuminator is a product I haven’t featured before but I do like it a lot and will definitely post about it soon.
Eyes

First of all, I had my Benefit’s eye brow pencil, as I am never without it. Anastasia’s Genius Top Coat and three of my all time favourite eye shadows: Rouge Bunny Rouge Long Lasting Eye Shadow in Bejewelled Skylark, Daniel Sandler Polychromatic Eyeshadow in Lava and
Read MoreI am in love with Daniel Sandler’s new makeup collection for AW 2012 called Escape to Hollywood. I think this is my favourite one so far! I love all Daniel’s products, but some of them adore…
Like this Polychromatic Eyeshadow in Lava (£10.25).
Here are all the products from the new collection but I want to tell you about Lava in details today, as, believe it or not, this is the most exciting makeup product of the month for me!

The texture and the pigmentation are fantastic! Everything you want an eye shadow to be, it ticks all the boxes for me: easy to apply and blend, soft buttery texture and great staying power. However, the most exciting part is the colour!
It is very unique and complex – a mix of dark chocolate and red, at least this is how I would describe it, satin finish. I have been wearing this eye shadow every single day since I have got it (thanks, Daniel) and have bit a bit obsessed.

Here is a comparison of it and some other eye shadows:
Urban Decay Heat eye shadow (I think it was discontinued), Illamasqua Pure

This year I’ve decided to choose only the most favourite products! I will not post products in ‘each nomination’, just those that really stood out to me.
So here is part one – eye products.
Rouge Bunny Rouge Long Lasting Eye Shadow in Bejewelled Skylark
Definitely my favourite eye shadows of 2011! Soft, pigmented, long-lasting, easy-to-work-with; the colour is gorgeous, I love such shades for an every day look. I found myself reaching for this product over, and over again. You can read full review with swatches here.
RBR are releasing some new shades of their eye shadows and I can’t wait to see them!
Illamasqua Pure Pigment in Berber
This pigment is one of my favourite Illamasqua products ever! I was extremely excited when it launched, the colour is really beautiful, unique, not boring but totally wearable. Not only the colour is amazing, the quality is supreme, too. Read more here.
Berber is on the left, on the right Urban Decay Heat
Hourglass Calligraphy Liquid Eye Liner
This has to be my favourite eye liner of the year. Easy to use (even if you are a beginner), true black colour and great staying power! What else to ask for?

Read MoreI love multipurpose products especially with the beautiful design! And today I would like to tell you about one of them – Bunny Rouge Decadent Duos Joys and Desire. It is a liquid blush and a lip gloss 2-in-1. Mine is in Rumba Cubana and I’d describe the colour as a rosewood.
So you get a liquid blush with a small brush on one side and a lip gloss with an applicator on the other side.
I love liquid blushes and this one is amazing, it blends easily and is not patchy, it looks like your own blush. It is said that it’s an oil-in-water emulsion with rose-water to provide a cooling and toning effect for your skin.
As for the lip gloss, it has a nice moisturizing texture which is not sticky at all. It contains a soothing blend of Lotus Flower Extract and Mango Butter. Moreover, it’s also an anti oxidant and anti ageing formula because of Green Tea, and Gingko Biloba.
You should get this product if you:
