Since we are having a Lipstick Week, it is about time to finally write a full review of my lipstick obsession – NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Transylvania.
I’ve picked it up back in the winter and already featured it a lot of times on my Instagram and in my favourites, too.
Long-time readers will know that I am a huge fan of berry and plum vampy lipsticks and I have quite few but I’ve picked this one up not only because of the shade but also because of the name, gotta love Transylvania.
But, back to the lipstick…
I really, really love it. As the name suggests, it is a
I remember back in the days, tags were huge but I rarely see any these days. I recently came across the one called “Lipstick Tag”, and decided to participate in it.
1. How many lipsticks do you own?
A lot. Let’s put it that way.
2. What was your first ever lipstick?
To be honest, I don’t even remember, and that is kind of sad. My first high-end lip product was Chanel, that I remember.
3. What is your most worn lipstick?
Probably this red by Lancome.
4. What is your favourite brand for lipsticks?
I really love how Ellis Faas lipsticks feel on. Also I am a fan of
Have you noticed that some of brands that specialized in one concrete product are now expanding their game? Like previously two nail polish only brands like Ciate and butter LONDON are now doing makeup(which is not news any more). But it is their liquid lipsticks that are relatively new, and that look incredible. See for yourself!

Today I want to tell you about a very famous product – my first Tom Ford lipstick. I don’t know what took me so long to get one but I did it finally. I’ve bought it for my Birthday this month.
I’ve chosen a shade called Bruised Plum which is absolutely gorgeous.
So what is so special about this product? Is it worth the hight price tag £36/$49?
Of course, the first thing that I have to mention is the amazing packaging, a heavy and luxurious almost black case with gold details and a TF logo on top. It is simple, elegant and chic, timeless classic. Speaking of classic, Tom Ford Lip Color has that vanilla scent, which I personally associate with lipsticks.
What about the lipstick itself? I am extremely pleased with the colour that I’ve chosen, Bruised Plum is a beautiful cool toned plum. Here is how it looks like compared with Clarins Joli Rouge Lipstick in 738 Royal Plum and
