Oils are a necessity for me, beauty-wise, especially in AW period. My skin is very dry, and during the cold months it is flaky and sore. And I do love my daily hot shower which dries out the skin even more. But I just can’t help it. The relaxing and anti-stress effect [of a hot shower] is very important for me.
This is why I’ve decided to get some shower oils. I have started with Yves Rocher Oriental Shower Oil .
And it is really lovely indeed. It has a subtle oriental scent, as the name suggests. The way it looks and smells – it reminds me of honey. My favourite way of using it is to apply to the skin directly. It turns into milk when contacted with water, and leaves the skin smelling divine, and feeling softer and more moisturized than after a regular gel. I stillRead More
I’ve picked up the Yves Rocher’s Nutritive Vegetal Velvety Toner for Dry and Very Dry Skin several weeks ago because I’ve heard some amazing things about it, and wanted to try a new toner anyway.
And it did not disappoint.
It is a great transitional product from cleanser to serum/oil/moisturizer/whatever you use next. I like how it calms, soothes my skin, and leaves it soft. Plus it doesn’t irritate or dry it out, even when it’s very cold outside.

Some time ago my lovely friend picked up two mini Yves Rocher shower gels for me as a present, how sweet of her!
She actually told me that it took her forever to choose which scents to get and I don’t blame her, as they offer a lot of nice ones.
So she did get raspberry and vanilla and I am loving both.
They both smell very nice and that’s one of the most important things, for me, when it comes to a shower gel. Although I do like raspberry one better as it smells so juicy and refreshing, I like vanilla, as well. It isRead More
I’ve got this Yves Rocher nail polish as a present from the lovely Magi from Magimania. It’s a mini size which is 3 ml, which is absolutely cute.
I think it’s a fantastic idea to produce mini nail polishes (or is it a sample?) because this way you can get a lot of nail polishes from the brand you like without being broke. And did I mention that it is totally cute?
I’ve never finished a bottle of a nail polish but this one looks like the one that I can actually finish plus it it is very travel friendly.
Ok, you’ve got that I really like this idea. But what about this nail polish in particular? Wanna see how it looks like on the nails?Read More
