It’s already a tradition to write about Pantone colour of the year, and I was eagerly looking forward to the announcement. And, not only do I love it [classic blue], I am also not surprised by their choice, I think it’s a good one.
“Instilling calm, confidence, and connection, this enduring blue hue highlights our desire for a dependable and stable foundation on which to build as we cross the threshold into a new era.”

As for beauty and makeup,
I will try not to start all the upcoming features with how it is hard to believe that it is almost 2019… But, seriously, where did 2018 go? It seems like only yesterday I was writing about the colour of the 2018, according to Pantone. It was Ultraviolet.

Speaking of nail polishes, back in 2012 a very similar but a bit more pastel pistachio was the hottest shade for manicure, every brand would bring out a shade like that, and this one was my personal favourite. I remember how I’ve created a whole list with over 20
Pantone just announced their colour of 2015 this week – and it’s Marsala (PANTONE® 18-1438).
Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director of the Pantone Colour Institute describes it the following way: “The naturally robust and earthy wine red hue ‘enriches our mind, body and soul, exuding confidence and stability.”
Here is the look that Sephora created in collaboration with Pantone, and I personally absolutely love the eye makeup!
They have actually created a special section where you can Shop all things “Marsala”.
And I’ve decided to share my top
