Christmas Gift Guide: My Wish List from US Sephora

Last year my amazing friends from the US helped me with my Sephora order and I hope to get some help this year.

This will be a  beauty present from myself for myself for Christmas. Last year I was carried away a bit so this year I’ve limited the sum I can spend to  $300 (ok, $350 top)!

So this is what I want to get. Five  of these are LE value sets so I really hope that I will be able to get them.

So after browsing Sephora for hours(!!!) I’ve chosen 4 sets by Laura Mercier, 1 by Benefit and 1 by Urban Decay.

Here they are:

Laura’s Secrets Volume 1 – Flawless Lips ($140 Value), $59

  • 4 x 0.05 oz Lip Stains in Mocha, Shy Pink, Sugar Violet, and Mulberry
  • 0.159 oz Lip Glacй in Pink Diamond
  • 0.12 oz Lip Balm SPF 15
  • 0.039 oz Lip Pencil in Chestnut
  • Double-Ended Lip Colour Brush

This ultra-sheer, blendable palette wakes up the skin and gives it an immediate, healthy glow. Customize your look with bronzer, cheek color, and glow for a natural “no makeup” radiance. Inside, there are tabs that fan out to display Laura’s secrets on how to best use the formulas to create standout results.

  • 2 x 0.14 oz Glow Veil

Eye Book ($174 Value), $45

Here is a preview of some really cool new blushers which were launched for SS17, and I have  chosen quite a good selection: middle-priced cushion blushes, luxury Gucci blush with a ladybug, and two kinds of palettes.

I am personally very interested in ArtDeco Cushion Blusher, €19.95 from Douglas, and will definitely be checking out the bronzy shade in person. These are promised to have a silky smooth texture and a soft shimmering effect. Without parabens, perfume and talc. The shades are: 2 – paradise parrot, 4 – tropican tucan  (not shown) and 6 – bamboo bronze.

Here is a selection of some pretty awesome new blushes which are out for AW17.

LIPSTICK QUEEN Black Lace Rabbit Blush $25 from Barneys,Nordstrom and Net a Porter.

Sheer Berry with a Touch of Golden Shimmer. It looks black in the pan but it  works with your pH to tint and give your cheeks a radiant glow. Not like a need a new blush – but this one looks incredible, and I would definitely buy it.

I was obsessed with Benefit tints, and I have 3 of them. Here is

Favourite Beauty Products Of 2012: Makeup

Before I start, I have to say that it was very hard to narrow my list  of favourite makeup products of 2012 but I’ve tried my best.

Let’s take a look at what I’ve chosen…

Face

Benefit Erase Paste

I don’t really use concealer on a daily basis, unless I have a new, really bad spot,  I just use Touche Eclat under my eyes and that’s all. But if I had to choose my favourite “concealer” type of product – that would be this one. It is a creamy peach corrector which works great for the  dark under eyes circles. I had a review of it but because of some tech problems, it was deleted, need to re-write it soon.

Omorovicza Complexion Perfector BB SPF 20

One of my favourite face products you can read the details why here. If you can afford it, I would definitely recommend.

Rouge Bunny Rouge Tinted Moisturiser Sketches on Water

This gives a very natural finish and light coverage and you can’t see it on the face, at all! Miracle for dry skin in cold weather, as it doesn’t enhance any dry patches.  See all the shade available here.

Daniel Sandler Invisible Radiance Foundation and Concealer

It is a very nice foundation that gives a dewy finish so works great for my dry skin. The shade Porcelain is a great fit for fair skin and works for me in AW, in SS, I use the second lightest shade – Beige. Plus it comes with concealer which is a great deal for the price. Want to know more?

BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector in Pearl

This product probably doesn’t even need an introduction. It’s the best highlighter out there, it gives a  very natural and beautiful effect.

Cheeks

Wow, I was able to choose only three blushers, although I was very tempted to add more of them.

BECCA Cream Blush in Amaryllis

My favourite blush for AW months, perfect cool toned and natural looking, gives a nice
