L’Occitane Aromachologie Relaxing Shower Gel Review

Who doesn’t love a good relaxing beauty product? With our busy and hectic lifestyle – those products are  a must-have. This is why I was really excited when a friend got me L’Occitane Aromachologie Relaxing Shower Gel as a present. How sweet!

L’Occitane is an amazing brand, and Aromachologie is their  premium line so I knew that it’d be great.

L'Occitane Aromachologie Relaxing Shower Gel Review

And it is! According to the brand this shower gel contains the purest essential oils which do have a lot of benefits, unlike the cheap “aromatherapy” that does nothing at all.

So what does it smell of? It is a

Autumn Beauty Empties

I have a new rule when it comes to beauty products, one out – one in (ok, maybe more than one in)! Meaning that I am allowed to buy new beauty products only after I finish some from those that I already have. This is why I get a bit excited when I see a new empty bottle in my bathroom.

I actually have some new items on the way to me, as I type. Can’t wait to try my them all!

I know that it’s not the end of Autumn yet, and there are still three weeks, but I have big doubts that I will finish anything else by the end of the month.

And by the way, here are Summer Empties. I’ve decided to do such features every season.

Autumn beauty empties body creams and bath oils makeup4allI really love  bath oils,  so, since  I’ve used up two of my favourites Lavera Organic Wild Rose Bath Oil  and Cowshed Lazy Cow Soothing Bath & Body Oil  to the very last drop – I’ve already ordered some new ones, which are on their way to me.

Since I have very dry skin, I have to use body moisturizers, sometimes more than once a day, so I go through them quite quickly and this month I have finished the following products:

The Body Shop Pink Grapefruit Body Butter. I think these butters don’t need any introduction and explanation, they are fantastic.

Aromatherapy Assosiates Enrich Body Serum. I never used a body serum before, and was excited to try such kind of product, as it makes sense to use serums/oils on the body before a cream just, as you would on the face. It works! Plus, as

April 2013 Beauty Favourites

It’s the end of the month, so it means it’s time  for April beauty favourites! I really love all the products from the previous “favourite posts” and here is the new selection.

L’Occitane Repairing Shampoo and Conditioner for Dry & Damaged Hair

I’ve been absolutely in love with this duo from L’Occitane, although my hair is not dry or damaged. It’s an absolute pleasure to use, as it  cleanses well, leaves the hair looking nice and smells amazing.

There is not that much left, so I have already ordered some Philip B hair care products, but I will definitely re-purchase these at some point in the future. Read more about them here.

Rimmel Lycra PRO Nail Polish in Blue Vogue

I have been wearing this nail polish for more than a week this month, it is absolutely gorgeous, see the swatch, and also long-lasting.

Max Factor Miracle Touch Creamy Blush in 09 Soft Murano

This blush is a great proof that high quality products are not necessarily expensive. Miracle Touch was my most used blusher this month. I have two shades and adore them both. I should probably

February 2015 Beauty Favourites

Makeup wise, it was pretty much all the same in February, and you can read about all the products here.  There is also something very different from  me this month – I’ve been loving nude lipsticks (which is  a complete shock for me), and I will write a feature about it soon.

February 2015 Beauty Favourites Balance me, Illamasqua, Yves Rocher, L'Occitane, Max Factor

There are only two other makeup products that I want to mention:

Illamasqua’s Nail Varnish in Nomad. I wore in for the whole last week of the month, and this gorgeous jade set me in the mood for Spring.  Not too pastel but not too bright, it is just perfect.

Max Factor’s  Creme Puff Blush in 25 Alluring Rose. This is a shade created for medium  and dark skin  tones, so on me it looks like a bronzer. It blends out beautifully and gives a gorgeous glow.  Look out for the feature about these new blushes this week.

As for the beauty products – I was very stressed and completely out of time  in February, so shower time was the ultimate luxury and “me” time when I could just think and reflect on what was going on. I have tonnes of shower products in my tiny bathroom, and have been loving all of them, but two
