It doesn’t really matter if you celebrate Valentine’s Day or not, any reason to get a lill’ treat for yourself or someone else would work, right?
So here are just a few ideas of what you could get! By the way, I plan to make my own beauty wish list this weekend, so will definitely share next week.
Illamasqua brought out a set with wicked reds called I am the One which retails for £50 and includes four products: two of them are new actually – Intense Lip Gloss in Touch, Lip Colouring in Feisty, and two best-sellers – Nail Varnish in Throb and Lipstick in Maneater.
I personally love myself some Lush for VDay, in fact,
I really love zesty citrus body products, bath and shower gels, body creams etc.
This is why I had to get Happy Hippy Shower Gel by Lush. They describe it as a “fresh grapefruit breakfast in a bottle.”
First of all I love the yellow colour of this gel, it makes me think of sunshine and lemons! Although, it is not actually lemons (in it), it’s grapefruits. And to be more precise pink grapefruit juice, grapefruit water and grapefruit essential oil. Sounds cool, right?
And it actually is a great pair for my Body Shop Grapefruit body butter. Not to mention that I love grapefruit juice for breakfast!
It is said that you can
I just made a post about MAC face charts for Halloween and now it’s time to think about special products created just for Halloween! You can get yourself some and make a great present to your friends. And I am talking about Lush of course! 😉 This products are already available here at Lush

Marjoram and rose conjure up vitality and prosperity – Limited Edition
If we told you that there was a surprise inside this treasure, it wouldn’t be a surprise any more, now would it? Magic is a 14-sided bomb that turns your bathwater a deep sapphire blue. Seen from the top, it’s a hexagon, or ‘hex’ bomb, with a blend of marjoram and rose in the shell to dissolve anxieties. Then, as the water changes color, basil and peppermint oils swirl into your tub to bring you growth, vitality and energy. When the sprig of parsley inside floats free, prosperity looms.

Clear mental blocks with this mystical bubble bar filled with rosemary, sage, peppermint, frankincense, myrrh and benzoin. Deep fuchsia like the very edge of sunset, Witches’ Ball is a bewitching mixture studded with star anise seedpods, cloves, blackcurrants and cranberries. Bathe in its brew of essential oils as often as you can before it disappears at the end of the year, making resolutions as you bathe.
Ghost Shower Gels and Smoothies $16.95 – $25.95
Although I made several posts about Lush already I never really shared my opinion. I also never shared my opinion about any MAC products because there are already TOO MANY reviews about these brands. But I guess it’s time to brake the rules and bring you some reviews about Lush and MAC Cosmetics (in the future).
Do you want to know what I got?
This time I’ve got only 5 products because I want to visit Lush again very soon. I’ve already made the list of what to get 😉
I got :
1. Mmm Melting Marshmallow Moment £3.50
Slow melting musky marshmallow marvel. MMM melts into a pink, fluffy waterbed of marshmallow and moisturizing cocoa butter. Each Melting Marshmallow Moment is made with marshmallow herb, which produces a sweet, skin-soothing mucilage that was used to make sugar candies for hundreds of years, and marigold, which is equally calming for your skin. Take your time, savour each moment and have as many marshmallows as you like.
Jasmine, clary sage and ylang ylang to make you feel like a love goddess. The power of these aphrodisiac oils lies in their ability to relax you at the same time as warming your heart and other body parts. The ancient perfumers of the Mediterranean knew a thing or two about lurve and we’re using the methods they used thousands of years ago for the same results. Whether you want to be calm for a big night out or a quiet night in, prepare to detonate a Sex Bomb.
3.Dreamtime Bath Melt, £2.90
Skin softening, soothing and sleep-inducing melt. Guess when you should drop this luxuriously creamy block into the water? Bedtime! It may look small, but its secret strengths lie in its scent. The Dreamtime causes your worries to fade away with jasmine, lavender calms your head and sandalwood relaxes your limbs, so use it whenever you need a good night’s sleep, soft skin and sweet dreams.
4. Wee Harry, £2.95 with one eye, lol
Elf and safety warming! A warm, spicy bubble bath inspired by warm, spicy Scandinavian drinks. (And elves.) When you visit a Luh shop, you’ll notice that Wee Harry has a diffrent name, but don’t worry: he’s still the same Christmas elf. We realised that every culture has its yuletide elf named different.
5. Sea Vegetable,£2.75
A refreshing splash in the ocean. Sea Vegetable is made with seaweed, one of our favourite ingredients, with a crust of stimulating sea salt to give your body a good scrub down. It smells of lime, lavender and seaweed, a bit like sitting at the beach next to someone applying suntan lotion. This is a great soap for sharing amongst the whole household. The scent is perfectly balanced for boys and girls everywhere.
My impression and some more photos 😉
If you follow me on Twitter, you may know that I was on a hunt for a grass scented beauty product, I was actually thinking about a perfume.
You see, freshly cut grass = smells divine, I am an addict, and whenever I can smell freshly cut grass, I am very happy.
This is why I just had to purchase Lush’s Grass shower gel. In fact, I am a big fan of their shower gels, and I currently have four in my shower, so that says a lot.
So what about this one?
It is actually a shower and shampoo two-in-one, but I never use such products in my hair, with Philip B being an exception. So I can’t really comment on how it works, as one.
But, as a
