New Beauty Purchases: Gucci, Clarins, NUXE, Garnier, Mavala
It’s been a while since I’ve written my “new beauty purchases” post, in which I show you the beauty products that I buy for my personal use, so here it goes.
Here are only three things on the photo, but I have bought a lot more:
- New tube of Garnier scrub (it’s a re-purchase already), and I already re-purchased the Micellar Water and the Makeup Remover.
- NUXE lip balm, which I have already reviewed
- Maybelline fuchsia nail polish
- Some REN products that are still on their way. I just can’t live without REN’s Repair Omega 3 Serum, you simply have to try it!
And what about the products on the photo?
I am huge fan of
June 2014 Beauty Favourites
It’s time for monthly favourites! And this month I’ve been loving all the products that I’ve featured in May’s favourites, and several more.
Which ones?
Two products from Maybelline: Master Smoky Shadow Pencil in Smoky Chocolate (review and swatches) and Colorama Nail Polish in 16 Place Vendome.
The eye pencil is the a beautiful dark brown fuss-free crayon, which you apply, smudge with a sponge it comes with, and enjoy a long-lasting eye makeup. As for nail polish, I’ve been wearing it for two weeks this month, and already featured here. It is a beautiful bright and glossy fuchsia, I promise to post swatches soon.
I also have two picks from Rouge Bunny Rouge: Raven Glaze Lacquer Liner (review and swatches) and
May 2015 Beauty Favourites
This month “Beauty Favourites” will be a little bit different, it will be more about the [makeup] products that I have been using on my face.
May was a very busy month for me, and I was always in a rush, so often I had to do my makeup on the go, so I had a makeup bag with the products always ready. The products have been more or less the same throughout the month, so let’s take a look:
Face
Ella Bache Tomato Vitamin Radiance Cream (as seen on my Instagram)
I’ve bought it after someone highly recommended it to me, and so far I really love it, it really adds glow and radiance to your complexion, even if you had less than 5 hours of sleep.
Peter Thomas Roth CC Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Complexion Corrector (review)
This is an excellent product which combines great coverage and SPF factor but still feels light on the skin. One of my favourites for summer, the mini size is also great for carrying around.
NYX Blush in Taupe (review)
The photo speaks for itself. I am
February 2016 Beauty Favourites
It’s time for February favourites, and considering that I was sick for 10+ days in the shortest month of the year, there isn’t that much to show. But here are the products that really stood out to me.
Beauty
Soap & Glory Whipped Clean Shower Butter (review)
Moisturising shower product that smells of almonds, pistachios and vanilla. Oh, yes! It is an instant cheer-me-up and works great for shaving, too.
Kerastase Mousse Bouffante Luxurious Volumising Mousse
I’ve been on a hunt for a new product for voluminous hair for some time now, and this is the one I’ve picked up, as mentioned here. I was a bit worried, as I haven’t used a mousse in more than 10 years but this one really delivers. Mousse Bouffante creates beautiful big hair without being sticky or making the hair look or feel greasy.
Uriage Gyn-Phy Intimate Hygiene Protective Cleansing Gel
Probably the best product for intimate hygiene I’ve ever used, it is gentle but effective, smells really nice and is a great way to start and finish the day with. We talk so much about facial cleansers and shower gels but not enough about the intimate washes. And this is a great one, go get it.

Maybelline Master Smoky Shadow Pencil in Smoky Chocolate (Review and Swatches)
I have re-discovered my
Budget Friendly Bronzer/Blusher/Highlighter Palettes
Recently one girl I know asked me about budget friendly bronzer/blusher/highlighter palettes, and after searching for those for her, I thought I’d share with you, too, as these look absolutely amazing.
