Omorovicza is as luxurious as it gets. I am a big fan of the brand in general, and especially of this cream.
I discovered it two winters ago when nothing would help my skin at all. Then I’ve decided to try a little sachet I was given with one of my purchases, and couldn’t believe what happened. My skin was literally transformed. From dull and extremely dry skin, with some rough patches, it was the “dream skin”.
I have now used up two bottles of this, and with it being priced at £87, it definitely says how much I rate it. It may be the best moisturiser I have ever used.
It comes in a glass bottle with a pump which is chic and hygienic. The formula is not heavy but yet very effective (vitamin C and E, Hungarian Thermal Water, among other things). I am also a fan of the herbal scent, it is not heavy or heady but just
Makeup4all Recommends: Clarins UV PLUS Anti-Pollution Sunscreen Multi-Protection Broad Spectrum SPF 50
I have been using Clarins sunscreen products for years now for holidays. This year they reformulated their range which I have not tried yet (but heard good things about it from my friends). However, today I want to share about the “city SPF” which I really love, and which is the product to use all year round but especially during summer for obvious reasons.
Clarins UV PLUS Anti-Pollution Sunscreen Multi-Protection Broad Spectrum SPF 50 is a gem! It is a firm favourite of a lot of people, myself included, and it is easy to see why. This sunscreen feels very lightweight, silky and non-sticky on the face, the formula is very thin, water-like which makes it undetectable once applied. I love the fact that it doesn’t leave the white cast and looks great on its own or underneath the foundation.
No one wants yet another layer on their face when it’s hot and humid, and Multi-Protection SPF doesn’t
A few months ago I was visiting a private dermatologist for something that was bothering me, and since I was already there and paying for the visit, it made sense to chat about all things skincare, and so we did. I have to say that the doctor looked gorgeous, and I could tell that she did enjoy her beauty, makeup and perfume.
I was curious to know which skincare with vitamin C and “glowing effect” she liked herself, and which she would recommend. The answer was – Lierac Mesolift range. Since I was already a fan of the brand, I’ve decided to try the serum and the cream.
By the time I am writing this feature, I have used up the Lierac Mésolift Serum Fatigue Correction Ultra Vitamin-Enriched Refreshing Serum until the very last drop and am have almost finished the Lierac Mésolift Fatigue Correction Vitamin-Enriched Melt-In Cream, both were incredible.
The range is targeted at those who want to address the signs of visible tiredness, loss of tone and dull complexion. That is definitely me.
The formula is a cocktail of 5 Vitamins A, C, E, B, B6 , 6 minerals: Calcium, Magnesium, Copper, Zinc, Manganese, Potassium, plus Hyaluronic Acid and AHA smoothing citrus.
I loved the fact that both products are not ridiculously expensive, we are
If you are a regular reader, you know that I try to feature a lot of cleansing balms and melting cleansers. I find that these work the best for very dry and sensitive skin. And if you have a similar skin type – hopefully find those posts helpful. Here is the first round-up of such cleansers, and there will be a second one with time.
Today I want to share about the Balance Me Cleanse and Smooth Face Balm, which was featured in my February favourites. And it is definitely one of the best cleansers I have ever used.
Why is it so good?
Since it is oil based (camellia, kukui nut and rosehip oils with cocoa, mango and shea butters, English camomile and red mandarin essential oils) – it doesn’t leave the skin feeling dried out or tight and you don’t get that I-need-to-put-on-a-moisturizer-immediately feeling. In fact, it’s the opposite, the skin is nourished, moisturized, smooth and soft.
This cleanser contains
Considering that I have already written about Clarins twice this week, and the fact that they are adding an eye cream to the Multi-Active line, it seemed like a good idea to publish the feature which was in my drafts for several months already. And we are talking about Clarins New Multi-Active Day cream for all skin types.
I am a big fan of Clarins creams, especially the HydraQuench (I’ve been buying that range for years), and also the Daily Energizer which I’ve had more than once, as well, so I was happy to get a sample of the latest launch, 46 weeks ago (according to my Instagram, ahem). But it is better late than never, right? Plus, now I have a better impression, as I have already used the cream up, as you can tell from the photos.
According to the brand, Multi-Active Day cream “prevents and visibly corrects the appearance of fine lines thanks to new Myrothamnus extract. The new extract minimises the impact of daily stress to help keep skin smooth and radiant. With technology powered by plant extracts and the latest breakthroughs in botanical research, these treatments visibly diminish the first signs of ageing, restore radiance, hydrate and maintain younger looking skin.”
My first impression is that it is a
