In a second feature for the mascara week I thought it’d be great to talk about two hyped up mascaras and share my impression about each. Spoiler alert: I am a huge fan of one and really dislike the other, no matter how much I’ve tried to like it. One more important thing – I have tried both mascaras not only on myself. I’ve also paid for both.
Here we go…
This mascara is absolutely brilliant, it lives up to the “Superhero” name. It is an all-in-one formula, your lashes are instantly transformed. We are talking ultra black, long and super voluminous results.
I’ve also read that this product contains “lash-lifting polymers, volumising collagen, strengthening biotin, proteins and peptides” to condition the lashes. I am a huge effect of this mascara as it is so that is like a great bonus.
You get great fabulous results with any sorts of lashes but if yours are
I like to try new products but there are some products that you always come back to! One of such products for me is Hypnose mascara by Lancome. In my opinion this is one of the best mascaras on the market!
Why You May Like It
- This mascara gives the most amazing volume, it really changes the way your lashes look.
- I personally really like the elegant design of the tube and the brush.
- You can see great results even after the first coat but if you put one 2-3 coats the results are very impressive.
- This mascara will change the way even short and thin lashes look.
- I’d say that it
I’ve already reviewed the new Volupte Sheer Candy lip balms which I adore so now it’s time to write about the eye shadow palette and the blush.
Today I will tell you about the eye shadow duo in 35 Caramel Tan/Burnt Brown (Terre Halee/ Brun Embrase). These eye shadows come in a signature gold YSL packaging with two sponges.
And I actually use the sponges when I apply the eye shadows as they pick just the right amount of the product. I don’t like brushes like MAC 217 with these eye shadows because they don’t pick up the right amount of the product which leads to a very sheer application. This is why some people may think that YSL eye shadows are not pigmented. They are, you just have to find the best way to use them. You can also try using them with a slightly dampened brush.
Here is the palette in different light
As for the texture, these eye shadows are
So here is the final review for the Illamasqua’s Generation Q makeup collection for AW 2012.
And now it’s time for the Precision Ink in Wisdom (£17) which is described as antiqued gold.
I actually already did a detailed review of the brand’s Precision Inks so I will not repeat myself as you can read the review here. But I’ll just say that I really love these. They are not hard to apply, even if you are not very experienced when it comes to liquid eye liner, have amazing pigmentation and colour pay off. Also the colours are original.
My favourite thing is that the liner stays glossy even when they are dry. By glossy I mean that the shade doesn’t look dull or
Today I would like to share about the new Rouge Bunny Rouge Glassy Gloss. You may remember my review (here), so, yes, these are the re-launched version, and they are very different. The only thing which is the same is the name.
But before we get started, I have to remind you of the 20% discount RBR kindly offered to my readers. The code is RBR-BLOGQ4; valid until the 31st March 2020. It is not affiliated and I don’t get any profit, just sharing the love. The glosses were sent me.
But back to the glosses, there are 5 shades in total, they come in a red outer packaging and in tubes with frosted effect. You can tell that it’s a high end product straight away.
When you open the tube, the first thing you notice is the applicator which I find to be great, it’s very user friendly and is great for precision.
I also have to mention that the glosses are
