I am sure that you already know that lip balm and lipstick hybrid is huge for SS 2011. I’ve written a lot of posts about it and also had an article about it in the latest edition of the magazine.
But do you know what else is popular right now? Tinted Moisturizers!And I am actually really happy about both products as I am a fan.
Now you can get one from pretty much every brand. Dior released several (they are kind of TM) with their summer collection. Bobbi Brown brought one recently as well. And that is just to name a few!
And the latest editions to the world of Tinted Moisturizers are Clinique Moisture Surge Tinted Moisturizer SPF 15 and Clarins HydraQuench Tinted Moisturizer SPF 6.
I haven’t tried any so here is just what is promised by the brands.
Here is what is written about Clinique (£21): “Smooth on an instant moisture boost with SPF protection and a hint of skin-perfecting colour. Refreshingly lightweight formula provides a no-makeup look and feel, yet covers imperfections with a natural, hydrating touch. Oil-free.”
And Clarins (Price for US $44): “A protective and moisturizing cream with healthy-glow pigments to ensure an even and transparent complexion and healthy-looking skin. Provides optimal hydration with an added botanical benefit: katafray extract. Delivers a hint of color for a beautiful, natural-looking complexion.”
I think TM is a great product for summer and now I only need to find a prefect one for myself but with such a huge variety of products to choose from I guess it won’t be a big problem any more.
I want to try Clinique Tinted Moisturizer.Also it has spf15.
