I was away for a week and I have to say that I had minimum makeup products with me and one of them was this beautiful palette by Revlon.
It is super tiny, I can easily hold it in my hand, so it’s a great size to travel with. It contains two cream eye shadows, highlighter and a blush plus a gorgeous red lipstick which looks amazing on the lips.
My favourites are the red lipstick which gives a beautiful and pretty long lasting coverage and the white shade that it supposed to be a highlighter for the face. But it contains lots of gold glitter so I use it as an eye highlighter.
The eye shadows do crease but I still love the beautiful effect they give. In general this is one of the cutest makeup products that I own.
This is why I was
Here is the look created by Revlon’s Global Artistic Director, Gucci Westman for Temperley at London Fashion Week AW 2011 on Sunday February 19th 2011.
“Alice Temperley is a stylish, successful woman, she was the perfect inspiration and loves a red lip. I also wanted to compliment the beautiful muted palette of the collection and the Venetian theme so created a confident bright red lip using Just Bitten Lip Stain and a strong purple smokey eye. I love the combination of red and purple for a look that is chic, expensive and powerful”

Today after work I got myself a new storage for makeup (at last) and some of these beauties. Lots of glitter and strass, I can’t wait to create some looks with them and already see these beautiful pictures in my head.
And tomorrow I am going to do the look for the most gorgeous girl ever, can’t wait. Maybe one day I will show you my work;)
Obviously the glitter and strass are not for everyday looks, just for fun shoots for the holiday. And the weather here really makes me think about the holidays. I’ve already posted this photo on twitter but here is for the rest of you. And what is the weather like where you live?
I know that a lot of people
This month I’ve bought quite a few products from Revlon, some lashes and a matte lipstick (which I LOVE!) from Boots and some products from my Revlon counter. So I thought I’d tell you about their Fall 2010 collection which is called Suede Rhapsody and is created by Gucci Westman.
This is what she says about the collection:
“My inspiration came from women in fashion in the 1920’s Art Deco period and fashion illustrations. I had visions of the women in Henri Bresson Lartigue’s iconic photographs – images that were effortless and chic. I love all of the saturated pigments and the unexpected pops of color in this collection, like emerald green and the red lip that are in my limited edition Multi-Use Palette. I wanted this palette to be very wearable and work for everyone.”
The Suede Rhapsody Collection captures the essence of Autumn/Winter 2010 with emerald greens, eye-catching pinks, blood reds and rich chocolate shades.

And I found photos of my favorite models Natasha Poly, Victoria Sasonkina and Sasha Pivovarova from this show. They look So beautiful and stunning!!!
Circus with a nod to mod was the theme for Anna Sui’s Spring 2010 collection, and the designer proved she can tame the fashion beast, deftly pairing lots of loud gestures – 60s-inspired floral prints, plaid vests, star patterned ties – and actually making it work. This fracas of feminine layering called for hair and makeup to be simple, yet statement-worthy. “We wanted the hair to be very 60s,” said Garren, “A take off on the old Mademoiselle cover girls – blunt but polished.” The makeup was simple: “It’s all about rosy blush, very young and fresh and bright,” said McGrath.

Pat brightened eyes with yellow gold Cover Girl Eye Enhancers Eye Shadow in Samba, and used lots of Cover Girl Lash Blast Mascara on top and bottom lashes to pop the eyes.
Cover Girl Simple Ageless Blush in Shade 200 gave cheeks a peachy pink flush. Laura Mercier concealer concealed the flaws on skin.
Lips were painted pale pink for a retro flare.
Hairstylist Garren did different styles on each mode depending on their hair cut and texture. But for all he blew out the hair with extra volume and then smoothed on a shine serum to leave strands silky and polished.
