The new Paul & Joe Spring 2011 collection which is called Parasol is amazingly beautiful, just like all the Paul & Joe makeup collections after all. This collection was inspired by Monet’s Woman with a Parasol. It’s just amazing when makeup is inspired by a painting! I love finding out more about the collection’s background, it makes more more interested in the products and it’s just nice to know the “behind-the-scenes” stories.
I thought I’d show you the painting as well. Isn’t it just beautiful?! I love Monet!
The collection includes 3 lipsticks ( 071 Afternoon Delight, 070 Chantilly and 069 Alfresco) which look absolutely adorable and I am not even sure which one I like the best.
Eye shadows which should remind us of the parasol, 3 shades, 5 duo eye shadows and 5 nail polishes.
070 Petticoat,071 Ribbon, 072 Taffeta
001 Glisten,002 Woman with a Parasol, 003 Sun beam, 004 Pique-Nique, 005 En Plain Air
The names of the nail polishes are (in oder they are shown): 011Prism,010 Splendour,009 Ray, 008 Sunshine, 007 Dapple.
I love it, so fresh and so “Spring”. I can totally see myself wearing such shades after the long winter (but I love winter and snow, too)!

Oh, these are a little treat for my eyes, so tired of the winter gloom. So pretty and charming – wish it were spring already 🙂
Um…i think i need all of the nail polishes, especially Dapple O_____O
