Since I use eye liner almost on a daily basis, I have very high demands for it. I have been using Rouge Bunny Rouge for years, until they’ve changed the nib. After considering different options: reading reviews and swatching in stores – I’ve decided to try ArtDeco Long Lasting Liquid Liner.
I like this German brand a lot, their products are always high quality and are not expensive.
And this liner is absolutely brilliant! I have been using it since February non-stop, it was even in my monthly favourites, and want to share my impression. Easy to use, this is the exact nib I was looking for, I personally don’t like those ultra thin ones. The colour is ultra black and intense. The formula is great, it glides on like a dream without dragging the skin.
I am a big fan of ArtDeco’s Soft Lip Liner Waterproof so decided to pick up a berry/plum shade from the line. Unfortunately, the shade I wanted was sold out so I’ve got a cool toned pink one.
It is called 80 Precious Plum but for me it is a perfect “my-lips-but-better-and-brighter” colour, my everyday shade. It is darker and deeper than my natural lip colour but the tone is very similar, so it works great.
This pencil is soft and long-lasting, as the name suggests. I love using it with lipsticks, all over the lips for a matte effect of with a gloss on top.
I think it is a fantastic lip pencil for an affordable price. I am definitely coming back for a
And today I want to show you my neutral palette which looks like this.
The shades are:
- 512 – matte white
- 10 – shimmery white. I’ve alredy used this eye shadow completely in the past. So this is my 2nd one.
- 18 – shimmery taupe
- 605 – shimmery metallic grey/silver
Here is how they look like with flash
Today I want to show you 7 grey/silver/pewter eye shadows that I really like.
Some of them: Illamasqua , ArtDeco and Estee Lauder on the photo
So I will show you how those 7 shadows look swatched. This post is not really a review, just some swatches. But I already reviewed some of the products from this post and there is a link to the review if I have one!
I’ve also tried to choose different textures: cream shadows, powder shadows and even loose pigment.
The products that I’ve chosen are:
1. Rouge Bunny Rouge Loose Glitter Pigment Fire Drops in Night Wind Sailing, iridescent metallic pewter. You can get yours for £ 24 at zuneta.
2. ArtDeco #605 eye shadows, metallic silvery grey. You can read a detailed review here.
3. Urban Decay eye shadows in Gunmetal, gunmetal grey with silver glitter.
4. Urban Decay eye shadows in S&M, bright metallic silver
5. Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place ShadowCreme in
I have a lot of eye shadows by Artdeco and I love them so much! And here is one of my palettes. Talking about palettes. You can get a lot of different designs. Here is one of mine.
You can get the eyeshadows you want. The palette above I collected myself! I got those eye shadows and palette for about $35 but it was a long time ago.
As for the shadows they are amazing! It’s easy to use them, they are blending just perfectly and stay on your eye lids for a really long time without fading. The variety of colurs you can is amaing, they have almost every colour you can think of. If you want your eye shadows to last longer get the Artdeco eyeshadow base.
