Since I’ve just posted about the new eye brow gels, it seems like a perfect time to review the newest release from Rouge Bunny Rouge – their new eye brow products. I have actually already induced one of them in my July Monthly favourites. The brand does not bring out that many products so when they do – it is most likely something awesome. And what about these products?
Long-lasting Brow Liner ALCHEMY, €26
Available in two shades:
- ANTIMONY, dark chestnut. Ideal neutral shade for dark brown and black natural brow colour.
- TRONA, light hazelnut. Ideal neutral shade for almost any natural brow colour.
It was actually Antimony shades that was in my monthly favourites, and it is brilliant, it is not too cool or too warm, it is also dark enough to add some definition but not too dark, just spot-on.
But it is the formula and the shape of the pencil that I love! As always, the design is exquisite, this pencil comes in a slick black packaging. And the pencil itself is incredibly thin which allows a very precise application, you can draw in individual hairs and achieve really natural results. This is probably not the on-the-go product but it is
The second biggest thing for SS15, after contouring (I have featured tonnes of products here) is definitely eye brows!
And while contouring may not be that necessary – groomed eye brows is a must! Luckily, most brands do at least some kind of products these days, so you get to pick from premium offerings to budget-friendly options.
Here are some of the newest releases:
Lancome Sourcil Tint Longwear Eyebrow Pen ($26 from Nordstrom)
A felt-tip pen with matte finish. Available in Blond, Brun, Chatain and Noir.
I’ve mentioned Bobbi Brown’s Natural Brow Shaper & Hair Touch Up in Slate here, and promised a review, so here it is.
I have been wearing this product in my eye brows for the last three weeks, and totally loving it. Why?
It fills in the gaps, tints the eye brows, gives them more texture, and holds them in place.
Slate is a great cool toned ashy grey, it is probably the best colour match for my eye brows I have ever tried.
The eye brows look natural (I don’t get that wax effect, some products can give), just fuller and more groomed. In fact, I’ve got some compliments [for my eye brows] recently, which
I have promised a review of another wonderful Shavata eye brow product, so here it is. This time it’s a review of the Shavata Arch Enhancer Pencil .
What is it?
A creamy soft pink pencil that highlights under the brow, and makes the eye brows look more defined.
The texture is amazing, it is soft and creamy, not at all chalky or dry. I personally apply it straight from the tube, and blend with my finger, simple as that!
This reminds me of one of my all time-favourites – Rouge Bunny Rouge Eyes Wide Open Brightening Liner Duo which I am never without, as it is such a fantastic product.
The difference is that
Now that I’ve bought almost everything from my previous wish list, I think it’s time for a new one, right?
The product that was on top of my list – Hourglass Arch Brow Sculpting Pencil in Soft Brunette which I have finally got last month and already included in monthly favourites.
This is a brilliant, brilliant product, I am so glad that I finally have it.
First of all, just look at the elegant, chic and sophisticated design. When you pay £26/$32 you want your product to look appropriate to the price, and it does!
Besides being a beauty, it is a very
