Clarins Bronzing Duo SPF 15 Mineral Powder Compact in Light, Medium and Dark Review

Since we were talking about Clarins earlier today, I thought I would show you the bronzers from their summer 2012 makeup collection.

There are three variations: light, medium and dark. And here they are in all their glory.

All three bronzers are divided into two parts: a lighter matte shade and a darker shade with shimmer. I think it’s a great idea as you can use them individually or mix together.

Bronzing Duo Powders contain white tea extract and 100% mineral sunscreen which ‘offer protection against the three main causes of ageing-pollution, free radicals and UV rays’. They also smell absolutely amazing.

I have been using these bronzers to add some warmth to my face and to do some contouring. I also love using them as eye shadows, especially in the crease.

The product blends nicely into the skin and stays on for several hours. I am

Clarins Kohl Kajal Long-Lasting Eyeliner in Black and Violet Review and Swatches

Here are the two kajals from Clarins summer 2012 makeup collection, one  is purple and the other one is black and each retails for £15.

I actually really like these for what they are, they have a nice India inspired, design, are very soft and don’t cost a fortune. It is also written that these are formulated  with rose and mimosa extracts.

When it comes to my own makeup, I usually use a soft (most of the time dark brown) eye liner, smudge  it, add mascara and that is all. So these two are actually perfect for that! Clarin’s Kajals apply smoothly and blend easily. I love blending them really well so that I get a thin layer that lasts  for hours on me. Then I also build up the colour closer to the lash line. This is an perfectly easy look as you can get a variation of shades with only  one product.

But I have to say that if

Clarins Colour Quench Lip Balm in Jaipur and Delh Review and Lip Swaches

Clarins Colour Quench Lip Balms are some of my favourites and I have almost finished the two shades that I have.

I’ve actually got two summer 2012 shades from the brand to show you. These are  Jaipur and Delhi.

I would describe Jaipur as a bright pinkish coral and Jaipur as a brownish nude, both shades have gold shimmer which looks beautiful in the sunshine.

These products are very well pigmented as for the balms. Plus, being the balms, they are moisturizing and feel amazing on the lips, I can’t think of a gloss that feels the same way. Colour Quench Lip Balms have a pretty thick texture and some may find them a bit sticky but I, as you may remember,

Clarins Instant Smooth Crystal Lip Balms in Pink,Violet, Coral and Red Review and Lip Swatches

I have posted a photo of Clarins Crystal Balms (£16.50) of the Facebook page some time ago and a lot of you liked it so it’s time to share my impression finally.

These are the shades from Clarins Enchanted  makeup collection for summer 2012.

The shades are called: 01 Crystal Pink, 02 Crystal Violet, 03 Crystal Red and 04 Crystal Red. And they all look really beautiful, a true eye candy. Moreover, they have a tasty fruit scent to them! This is the kind of ‘accessory’ you are proud to take out of your bag for touch ups 😉

Here they are in all their  glory! There is a ‘jelly’ like balm with a high pigmented gloss in the middle. They are a girls’ dream came true.

Here is one more

Clarins Enchanted Colour Quartet & Liner Palette Review and Swatches

I think it’s about time I start telling you about Clarins summer makeup collection  as I have already gave them all a good try.

I want to start with the Quartet & Liner Palette as it is the star of the collection (and my favourite) and I have been wearing it almost every day for the last two weeks.

Here is how it looks like, the flower on top is just beautiful. It also come in a red pouch which is handy for travelling.

Here is how the eye shadows look like and, unfortunately, mine are not that pretty any more as I have been using them a lot.

All the shades are pigmented and smooth and I also really love that they included a purple shade, too.

I have tried a lot of looks this this palette and my favourite one, surprisingly, is: the lightest shade,  which actually hardly gives any colour but is very sparkly and glittery  all over the lid and the eye liner together. It looks fantastic  in the sunlight.

I also love
