Maybelline Master Contour V-Shape, £6.99 from Boots
“The clever “v” shaped, dual-sided applicator boasts a cream-matte contour and highlighter that effortlessly blend into skin.” I am loving the Maybelline powder contour and highlighter duo, and this one looks like a nice addition.

July 2013 Beauty Favourites
It’s time for July favourites and this month it was very easy to pick the products, as I truly love all of them and have been reaching for them a lot!
So here we go:
Body
I don’t know how many times I’ve mentioned Xen-Tan Deep Bronze Luxe Once A Week Self Tan (review) and Omorovicza Gold Shimmer Oil (review) but I have to do it just once again as they are both fantastic products! Both are not exactly cheap but the best summer investment I’ve made. The self tanner gives my pale skin some colour so that I don’t look like a corpse and the oil moisturizes my dry skin and gives a beautiful glow.
I am not the one to go for shimmer usually but for summer I love it. Plus the oil smells amazing and a little goes a very long way.
When I finish my Xen Tan self tanner I plan to get an even darker version (I also have a Light one, by the way) – Xen-Tan Dark Lotion Absolute Luxe Weekly Self-Tan, that is.

Rouge Bunny Rouge Dramatic Lash Mascara Megaplumes in Oxblood Panache Review and Swatches. Rave
I am sorry about the lack of posts, the thing is that I have been extremely busy these days but, hopefully, things will get better next week.
Today I want to tell you about the product that I have been obsessed with lately. And it is Rouge Bunny Rouge Dramatic Lash Mascara Megaplumes in Oxblood Panache.
If you are a regular reader, or if you follow me on Pinterest, you probably know how much I love the oxblood shade.
I think this mascara is one of the coolest products from the brand, along with their eye gloss.
So what is so special about it?
First of all I love the cool design, rubbery tube with an interesting prints on it.
As for the formula, I really like the results it delivers. Usually I find that it takes about two weeks for the mascara to start performing the best way it can but with this one it was different. I loved it from the first time I’ve used it . It makes the lashes look full, without any clumps, and definitely creates length. Since I don’t like a subtle affect, this works great for
Max Factor Eye Brightening Tonal Black Volumising Mascaras
Max Factor is famous for great mascaras so their new Eye Brightening Tonal Black Volumising Mascaras should not disappoint.
I like the idea of eye brightening effect which you should get because of the light reflecting particles and gem-toned colour beads. The range includes: Black Pearl for brown eyes, Black Sapphire for blue eyes and Black Ruby for green eyes.
The promo photo actually looks pretty, I like the blue shimmer.
Here is how this mascara should work, according to Max Factor:
- The formula’s light reflective metallic particles sit on the lash surface and act like little mirrors to capture and reflect light, helping to bring more light to the eye area and subtly brighten the eyes.
- Custom gem-toned microbeads change the white light created by
Inglot: New Collections, Purchases and Swatches
It’s not a secret that I love Inglot, I think their products are a great combination of affordable price and brilliant quality. I have tried so many of their products and I can’t think of any that disappointed me!
I thought I’d show you some of their latest launches that caught my attention.
First of all, there are these new Sleeks Cream Lip Paints. Here is the promo photo.
I also loved the five colourful mascaras: brown, dark blue, bright blue, purple and turquoise. I have tried the bright blue on the eyes and was very impressed as it was very pigmented and gave me a nice volume and length actually. I should have also tried the bright green…
Here is how that bright blue looks like on a disposable and and it’s the exact colour that you get on your lashes. I think I will have to get it!
There are also new blushes as a part of the Hawaiian Bar collection and the pigmentation in those blushes is to die for, so bright and colourful with only one swipe!
Here are some swatches so that you can
