I love eye shadows, and who doesn’t?!
Today I’ve decided to write about some new cream eye shadows on the market.
Shiseido Shimmering Cream Eye Color
“A lightweight cream eyeshadow with a radiant, lustrous finish that maintains a just-applied fresh look for 16 hours without smudging or creasing. Applies easily with your fingertip for a smooth, even finish. Hydrates skin with Super Hydro-Wrap Vitalizing DE.”
The price is £20/$25. In the UK the shadows will be available in the end of the month, they are already available in the US.
I also love how easily Dick Page works his magic. And how cool is mascara application?

I’ve been wanting to try Make Up For Ever Aqua Creams for a long time now. So when I had an opportunity to visit Make Up For Ever boutique back in July I was very excited.
I am actually very impressed with myself because I’ve managed to leave the store with only one product and it was Aqua Cream in shade # 5 which is a peach with golden shimmer.
Just like a lot of other Make Up For Ever products, you can use this one in so many different ways and this is what I love about it so much.
It work greats on the lips. The good thing is that you can get different shades by applying one or more layers. I personally loved it with one layer gently patted with my fingers, otherwise it looks too metallic for my taste.
I’ve also used it on my cheeks but I find that the glitter is too obvious so I won’t be using it as a blush on myself. But you may love it – so give it a go. It is a bit similar to Orgasm by NARS but Orgasm has more pink to it and less shimmer.
I’ve picked up one colour just to try out and see my impression, although I was tempted to get a lot of different shades. I’ve got the shade called Dark Brown which looked like the colour I would love and use a lot.
I was really impressed with the pigmentation of this particular pencil, as it is so intense and the shade is buildable. The formula is nice as well, it glides on smoothly and is easy to blend.
I am also so happy about the colour that I’ve chosen as Dark Brown is the exact shade that I love using for my daily makeup look. I just use this Jumbo Eye Shadow Pencil on my lid and on the bottom lash line and blend it with my No7 Smokey Eyeliner Brush and MAC 217, add some mascara and I am ready to go.
This is is how the colour looks like with the flash
I have a shade which is called Brocade Skipper which is described as a satin wash of blush champagne cream; buildable to darker, more opaque and metallic hue of the same colour.
First of all I want to show you the gorgeous package which I like very much.
These eye shadows come with an applicator which I find useful for this shade and I often blend it with my finger afterwards but I would suggest using a brush for the darker shades.
Silk Aether eye shadows have a lovely texture and they stay on very well, without fading as far as I can tell because this shade is very close to my skin tone.
Why would like to get this particular shade?
