I am a huge fan of the relaxing products that help you to fall asleep, so today I want to show you this works’ Deep Sleep Pillow Spray (£15 for 75ml).
First of all, I have to say that I like the brand’s approach which is “Modern. Natural. Beauty.” and the clean design of this particular range, such blue is a great choice for “sleeping” products.
When it comes to the spray itself, I am also not disappointed. I love the idea of the pillow spray and the scent, of course. Deep Sleep spray is infused with natural essential oils of Lavender, Vetivert and Wild Chamomile.
I’d say that it is does help to relax as the combination of the scents is effective. Although I personally love
I love all the calming/relaxing products, they are my absolute must-have. And here is the newest addition to my collection which is a Badger Sleep Balm which is a USDA Certified Organic.
I really love this cute tin, looks adorable 🙂
It is a solid balm with essential oils that should help you to relax and fall asleep. I think this would be an amazing product for people who don’t like intense calming and relaxing products as this on is very mild.
I personally apply it on my temples and under my nose, yes, I’ve told you it’s mild. It is actually written that you can also apply it on the lips which I haven’t tried (yet?).

When I saw this year’s Christmas sets by Aromatherapy Associates, I just could not resist. They look so festive, the red packaging is gorgeous.
I originally wanted to get a little star with Deep Relax Bath and Shower Oil but then I’ve decided to get Perfect Partners Bath & Shower Oils.

I was given this Elemis Quiet Mind Temple Balm 15ml ( £14) the other day to try. And let me tell you, I absolutely love it! It is a part of Elemis [email protected] range.
It is a soothing temple balm which contains essential oils which help you to relax and, as Elemis says, “promote harmony and tranquility”. You simply need to massage this balm into back of the neck, ear lobes and temples and breath deeply.
I have a similar product by Origins and, as you can tell, am a huge fan of temple balms. I find them very relaxing and cooling. I also like the purse-friendly size which means that you can take it pretty much everywhere with you.
The key ingredients are: Centella Asiatica, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, Ho Wood, Lemon, Organic Indian Menthol and Patchouli.
I use this balm almost every night and would love to purchase more products from the line in the future.
