At last I am writing a review about my NYC palette which I got 3 weeks ago from Debenhams for £30 and which you can now get at Sephora.  I already have BOS II and Alice palette. The only one that is missing is the original BOS palette.

This is how it looks like and, unfortunately, it got even bigger than the last palettes.

Here is the list of shadows and the description of the palette.

Too Faced Natural Eye Palette Review and Swatches

Today I would love to tell you about one of my favourite palettes which I’ve been using a lot. And it is Too Faced Natural Eye Palette which is a collection of neutral eye shadows.

Too Faced also has a Smoky and Naked Eyes palettes but I like this  one the best and this is how it looks like.

You get 9 neutral eye shadows with different textures, eyeshadow brush and 3 eye charts which give you the idea of how you can use the shadows. Although there are many more ways to do it.

So here are the eye charts and I’ve tried them all and have to say that the final looks are beautiful and, what is important, you can never go wrong with neutral shades.

And this is the close-up of the shadows.

BECCA Creme Eye Colour in Quartz. Review and Swatches

I’ve promised to write more reviews about BECCA so here we go. I’ve already made a preview of this product in my June favourites post.

This is how the design looks like and I really like it. Chic and simple plus it’s not very heavy so it’s easy to take it with you.

Here is how this particular shade looks like. It is called Quartz and is described as  silvery nude-pink. This is the perfect shade for an everyday look and will look  flattering on everyone.

What I love about Quartz

  • It’s very easy to apply these shadows, you can even use your fingers.
  • You can use this shade all over the lid and add some mascara = you are good to go.
  • The formula is creamy and the shadows are pigmented.
  • You can use only 1 layer or can apply more for an intense effect.

What you may not like

  • It’s an Australian brand so in other countries  it is quite expensive. These shadows are € 27 ,  £20 and $ 28 in EU , UK and the USA. (all prices are from the official website)
  • There are not that many shades to choose from.
  • These are not the best cream shadows for the hot weather.

Swatches, Tips and Final Thoughts

So here is the swatch of Quartz
