Clarins Extra-Firming Body Cream Review. Rave

My skin is very dry and in winter I have to use a cream or butter (yes, the lotion is not enough) at least once a day.

I have tried several Clarins body moisturisers over years and their Extra-Firming Body Cream is my absolutely favourite. In fact, this is one of the best creams I have ever tried.

This is a rich cream, which is almost like a butter, but it doesn’t feel greasy or oily at all.  According to Clarins, the product should lift, tone and comfort, and it does.

My dry skin absorbs it pretty quixkly and doesn’t leave any residue. I personally really love the nice and subtle scent which would not conflict with your perfume.  Skin on my body feels very nourished,

Deep Heat Muscle Rescue Bath Soak and Neck and Shoulder Cream Review

I was sent Deep Heat Muscle Rescue  Bath Soak  (£5.49) and Neck and Shoulder Cream  (£5.99) which were created to help ease tension in stressed muscles some time ago, and today I am ready to tell you my opinion.

Unfortunately, about 90% of the bath soak leaked ( it was not closed properly)  in the post so I was not able to try it out properly but I did like the scent of it (essential oils of rosemary, patchouli and orange). I think  it should be a nice product to use after a long day at work or after a workout.

How cool is the design?! The colours are so cheerful and fun!

But as for the cream, I have used it several times and liked it a lot. It comes with a sponge applicator which is very handy as you don’t get the product on your hands.

It  definitely helps to relax at the end of the day. Just apply some cream before going to bed  (it’s better with a massage of course) on your neck and shoulders, and enjoy the warm and relaxing feeling. Just make sure that you don’t apply several layers of product as it may be too much, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Not only it feels relaxing in the evening, but my neck and shoulders are not so tense in the morning.

I also like the way it smells, to me it’s rosemary.

Here is the list of the ingredients:

I would get another tube of the cream when my sample runs out.

Bioderma Atoderm PP Anti-Reccurence Emollient Balm Review and Photos. Rave

I’ve been promising this post for a long time already so here it is finally!

I have very dry and often flaky skin and I have tried  a lot of body creams, and, in my opinion, this is probably the best one I’ve found so far. It works great for winter  even for my skin type so, most likely, will work for you, too.

I am talking about Bioderma Atoderm PP Anti-Reccurence Emollient Balm.

Bioderma is famous for their Sensibio H2O  but they have a lot of other amazing products.

This product was actually recommended to me at the shop by the sales assistant. She also recommended Oilatum bath products to me, so I am definitely going to try them in the future.

The great thing about Bioderma Atoderm PP Anti-Recidive Anti-Reccurence Emollient Balm Severe And Recurrent Cutaneous Dryness is that it can be used both on face and body.

So what about my impression?

Let me

Linden Leaves Herbalist Sugar Salt Exfoliating Body Rub and Memories Body Oil Review and Photos

When I first heard about the Linden Leaves, a beautiful skincare range from New Zealand, I  really liked pretty much everything about the brand.

I loved the clean and sophisticated packaging,  the series that the products are divided into and the story behind the brand. Plus they also have two series for men – Pure Man and Rugby.

I also liked their website,  it gave me this idea of a natural and soothing skincare line. There are actually a lot of products to choose from so it was very hard. But I’ve decided to try the scrub from the Herbalist line which is called Sugar Salt Exfoliating Body Rub and the Memories Body Oil from the Aromatherapy Synergy range.

Herbalist  Sugar Salt Exfoliating Body Rub, €23.53 (200g / 7.05 oz)

It’s great to have a sugar salt scrub as most are just sugar or salt, so now you don’t have to choose. The first thing that I’ve noticed about this  product – its unusual and rather strong scent. I can’t quite describe it but I’d say that Herbalist is a great name for this product.

The rub contains essential oil of basil (‘to stimulate circulation and invigorate’), clary sage (‘to ease muscular aches and relax and de-stress the mind‘), and evening primrose oil (‘to nourish and hydrate’).  Other ingredients are: jojoba oil and sweet almond oil (‘to moisturise and soothe inflamed skin’).

This is a really lovely product,  I find that it effectively but gently exfoliates my skin, leaving it smooth and ready for a moisturizer! It doesn’t hurt or damage the skin as it contains essential oils.  As for the scent, I don’t think that I’ve had anything with a similar one, but, luckily, I like it. I find it calming and relaxing!

 Memories Body Oil , € 31.93 (250 ml)

Now this is a very unique product. Although

Elemis Tranquil Touch Body Polish Review and Photos

So here is finally the review of the Elemis‘  Tranquil Touch Body Polish (150ml for £20) which I recently got as a small summer treat for myself  and which I’ve already mentioned here.

Elemis have three body exfoliators: Exotic Lime and Ginger Salt Glow which I adore and reviewed here, Tranquil Touch Body Polish and Devil’s Mint Body Scrub which I will be definitely getting in the future to try.

Just as I thought, this body polish is absolutely amazing.  I love the beautiful package, the design and the
