I would like to talk about the vitamins today. And I am, obviously, not an expert in this field, this is just the selection that I have tried.

I wanted to try vitamins for hair for ages and finally got these in Summer. The results are promised after four months (you will need two packs to last you four months) and these vitamins do deliver!
Even my hair dresser told me that the condition of my hair really improved, it look healthier, grows a bit quicker than usual and I’ve noticed (and not only myself, as I’ve been getting compliments about my hair, which never really happened before) that the general condition improved a lot.
I have got these vitamins under the impression of the positive reviews I read on-line and will definitely repeat the course in the future.

I am usually very attentive when I choose anything but somehow, instead of fish oil, I ended up with Vertese, which are vegetarian and vegan Omega Oils 3 6 9, derived from natural plant sources.
Since so many skin care experts recommend Omega oils as a part of skincare routine – I just had to give it a go.
I did not notice any significant changes in the condition of my skin when I was taking these vitamins but I should have chosen the fish oil, as it is more effective.
Right now I have Perricone MD Omega 3 vitamins on my wish list, which are £69, and, from what I’ve heard – they are like a miracle in terms of the benefits for the skin, among other things.

There are two packages that you are supposed to take twice a day, one in the morning (Activator) and in the evening (Regenerator).
I was sent a week’s supplies and did take them during a very busy work week to see if it was effective. The list of ingredients and benefits is very impressive and you can see it for yourself here.
As you can imagine, one week is not enough to see if everything that is promised is true but I remember that I did not get so tired (hello, Acai berries), as I would without the help of ONGA and felt better in general.
My friend, a doctor, was actually impressed when she read about these. I have asked her opinion, as she saw me taking them once. So I would assume that you’d get great results, both beauty and health wise taking the ONGA supplement.
Besides the Perricone MD vitamins, I’d like to try Inner Me. And what about you?
