Affordable Baby Pink Lipsticks: Revlon, Max Factor, Rimmel and MeMeMe

I thought that would be nice to write about some affordable pink lipsticks, as I used to buy a lot of these back in the days (ha!) that I have. In fact, some of them I have never mentioned before.

So the lipsticks that I’ve chosen are:

Revlon Colorbust Lipstick in 020 Baby Pink

It has semi-sheer frosty finish and a light pink colour. Feels nice and non-drying on the lips, I personally like to blot it, as otherwise it looks too metallic for my taste. See it applied here.

Max Factor Xperience Sheer Gloss Balm in 02 Coral

This is my favourite out of five. It gives just a wash of colour, I’d say it’s a pinkish sheen, and I am personally not sure why is it called Coral. I love using it with intense eye makeup or just as an everyday lip product. I find that the “sheer gloss balm” is a very appropriate name, as it is exactly that. I have one more shade  from the line and you can see them both on the lips here.

Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick in 800 Pink Star

I love Rimmel lipsticks so I wanted to get at least one from each range, this is why I have quite a few.  Although I don’t like the packaging of this particular range, the lipstick itself is not bad at all, especially for the price.  It is a warm toned  light  frosty pink.  So if you want a lightweight lipstick that doesn’t cost a lot, this may be a good option.

Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick in 006 Pink Blush

This is the most opaque lipstick from all five and I really like it. It feels smooth and  moisturizing on the lips. It has a satin finish and  a beautiful  colour payoff. I’ve got it quite a long time ago, when I was into such pink shades but I think I’ll have to get a darker shade now, as  it’s a really nice lipstick and the design is so much better than the previous Rimmel one.

MeMeMe Lipstick in 10 Pashmina Pink

This is the most blue-toned lipstick out of them all.It  has a frosty finish and the coverage is more opaque compared to other frosts I’ve mentioned. It comes in a a nice matte black packaging and I’d like to try dark matte shades from the range.

MeMeMe, Max Factor, Revlon, Rimmel  Pink Star and Rimmel Pink Blush

I also have to mention that most of  these have a pretty strong vanilla-ry scent to them.

And also, I promise, that I don’t buy frosty pink lipsticks anymore 😉
